With the development of real estate enterprises and the implementation of two-child policy,furniture manufacturing industry ushered in the great development in recent years.The consumers tend to choose personalized and high-quality furniture because of the constantly improving standard of living.Affected by the international situation,the domestic market gradually replaces the foreign market.Because of the great competition,we should adhere to the guidance of product quality on the basis of maintaining the original advantages.As a leader in the furniture industry,OPPEIN Home Group Inc.occupies the market with high-end customization and high-quality services to face the new marketing challenges of the domestic home market.But with the change of consumer demand,OPPEIN Home Group Inc.also have market problems,such as the fail of market share.Product marketing strategy plan and analyze its implementation effect.Formulate effective strategies to meet the needs of consumers,reduce consumption costs,build customer relationships,enhance value,enhance product competitiveness,is an effective measure to solve the current problems.This project is use the OPPEIN Home Group Inc.as an example,with the help of relevant overview and theories of marketing,this topic finds out the main problems existing in the product marketing of OPPEIN Home Group Inc.by analyzing the company’s consumer groups and completes the analysis.The main analytical tools used are PEST Analysis,Porter’s Five Forces Mode,SWOT Analysis,and use the analytical tools to analyze the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment of product marketing.we also use the method of questionnaire survey to find the problems in product marketing policy by 4C theory,Customer、Cost、Convenience、Communication.Finally,it puts forward STP strategic plan,product marketing strategy plan and analyzes its implementation effect.
