Urban rail transit and the integrated development of land along the line need to solve the spatial separation of traffic operation and land development. The key is to understand the complex impact mechanism between traffic operation and land development.Passenger flow effect is a key indicator for evaluating the operation status of urban traffic. The relationship between passenger flow and land use is the core of studying the integration of traffic and land use.In view of this, research on the interactive impact of urban rail transit passenger flow and land function will help to improve the sustainability of urban rail transit and the rationality of land resource allocation.Existing studies describe the land use based on general data such as land area, and it is difficult to accurately quantify the spatial coupling relationship between various types of land and passenger flow.Based on the development of location service technology, this paper uses POI data of Baidu map to describe land use information, and proposes a fine-grained description method of land use functions within the attraction range of urban rail transit stations. The research is based on the global regression models with constant parameters and local regression model with variable parameters to study the dependence and spatial effects of passenger flow in and out of the station at different times and the coarse and fine-grained land use.In addition, this study also analyzes the impact of POI distribution and aggregation degree of different facilities on the travel behavior of rail transit passengers. The main research contents of this paper are as follows.(1)This paper analyzes the influencing factors and distribution characteristics of urban rail transit passenger flow, and the land use characteristics around rail stations.A method of land use function identification based on POI and fine-grained description of land use function within the attraction range of urban rail transit station are proposed. The land distribution characteristics of different stations and different types of land are analyzed respectively. In addition, the identification of job and residence of rail transit station is further studied.(2)The ordinary least squares OLS linear regression model is used to analyze the station passenger flow and POI types with different granularities.Considering the influence of spatial dependence on the estimation results of regression models, three kinds of spatial econometric models, namely spatial lag model(SLM),spatial error model(SEM)and spatial Durbin model(SDM),are adopted. This paper studies the dependence relationship and spatial effect of commuter passenger flow and land use of urban rail transit stations.According to the deficiency of the global constant parameter model, the geographically weighted regression(GWR)of local regression model with variable parameters is adopted.Using local samples weighted based on spatial distance to estimate the parameters of each sample, the spatial heterogeneity of passenger flow and land use is studied. The difference between the station's outbound passenger flow and the dependence degree of different functional land is obtained, and the model evaluation and comparison are carried out.(3)Based on the passenger flow and POI data of 237 stations of Beijing rail transit, this paper analyzes the dependence relationship between the outbound passenger flow and the land use of the station at coarse and fine granularity. It analyzes the interaction effect and spatial effect mode of various attribute function of land and passenger flow.Combining commuting and site identification, the relationship between land and passenger flow has been refined and interpreted. The local model with variable parameters based on fine-grained POI can better identify the impact and spatial heterogeneity of various types of land use on station passenger flow. The case study indicates that the dependence of station passenger flow and land use is the superposition of impacts and spatial effects of various attribute functions of land use.
