With the continuous progress of population urbanization and urban digitization,the development and control planning of the areas along the rail transit has been widely concerned.By combing the historical process of the development of the space around the urban rail transit station,this paper analyzes and summarizes the development characteristics of the space around the urban rail transit station,the change law of the internal organization and the interaction between the elements,with the help of big data to represent the real situation of the urban space around the rail transit station,and to promote the development and control of the areas along the rail transit line continued.Taking Hefei Metro Line 1,2 and 3 as an example,this paper uses population data,land use data and business forms data to represent the spatial development status around urban rail transit stations.In the dimension of population heat,this paper uses Baidu heat map data to analyze urban rail transit stations According to the characteristics of population thermal fluctuation in different periods around the stations,the population distribution was classified by cluster analysis,and the spatial characteristics of population distribution around the stations were determined.In the dimension of land use,Google Earth historical remote sensing image is vectorized to obtain the land use around Hefei rail transit stations before and after the opening of rail transit in 2013 and 2020.Furthermore,the area proportion,land dominance index and land evenness index of each station area are obtained,and the determination criteria of station area type are constructed,the dominant function of station area is determined,and the station type is divided.Furthermore,the spatial characteristics of land use around the station are analyzed based on the changes of dominant function types before and after the opening of rail transit.In the dimension of format function,with the help of Gaode POI big data,this paper makes cluster analysis on the format function around the site from the two aspects of format distribution scale and format function composition,determines the format distribution scale and format function composition structure around each site,and studies and judges the spatial characteristics of the format function.Finally,the paper studies the relationship among "population,land use and business forms",compares the spatial data and development of "population,land use and business forms" around rail transit stations in Hefei,and then standardizes the indicators that affect the spatial development of "population,land use and business forms",combs their synergy and differences,and summarizes the spatial and temporal development characteristics of the space around rail transit stations,Scientific evaluation of "population,land use and business forms" spatial development of the mutual influence of the systematic relationship.Furthermore,Sipailou,Zilu,Xinhai Avenue,Dadongmen,Hefei Grand Theater,xingfuba and other stations are selected as typical representatives for specific analysis,in order to provide reference for the control and development of space around urban rail transit stations.
