In recent years,an architectural engineering construction industry has developed rapidly in China.As an important part of the high-quality development of railway construction in the new era,railway housing construction project has attracted more and more attention to the safety of railway construction.This paper establishes the safety evaluation index system from four aspects: human factors,material factors,environmental factors and management factors by means of investigation and visit,on-site inspection and consulting relevant normative materials.For the importance of each safety evaluation index,the project participants are invited to conduct research in the form of questionnaire scoring.Then,SPSS software was used to conduct reliability analysis and validity independence hypothesis analysis.Finally,a more scientific and optimized evaluation system was derived after eliminating unqualified indexes.Based on the established construction safety evaluation index system of Jiangbei R & D and production base project of Harbin Railway Bureau,the importance of each safety evaluation index is judged by means of expert evaluation,and the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process.Invite the project participants to evaluate and score the whole construction process of Jiangbei R & D and production base of Harbin Railway Bureau according to the safety evaluation index points.Based on the scoring results,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the construction safety.Through the research on the safety evaluation of the whole construction process of Jiangbei R & D and production base of Harbin Railway Bureau,the risk level of construction safety evaluation of the project is between general and good.This is closely related to the project unit’s adherence to the "Trinity" construction of human defense,material defense and technical defense,deepening the dual prevention mechanism of hierarchical control of safety risks and troubleshooting and treatment of hidden dangers,and strictly controlling the safety key.Finally,combined with the investigation process and evaluation results of the project,this paper summarizes a series of measures and suggestions to improve the construction safety control of the whole process of the project,so as to improve the safety risk awareness of construction workers,reduce the probability of construction safety accidents,provide guidance basis for standardized safety production work for relevant safety management departments,and provide reference for subsequent construction safety.
