Effect Analysis Of Haier Zhijia’s Supply Chain Financial Profit Model

In recent years,with the rapid rise of the Internet industry,the market environment faced by traditional home appliance manufacturers has become increasingly severe.It is urgent to find new profit growth points and explore new profit models.In this context,traditional home appliance manufacturers led by Haier Smart have turned their attention to the new profit model of supply chain finance.After more than eight years of independent exploration and government policy support,Haier Zhijia’s supply chain financial profit model has become increasingly perfect,which has a profound impact on the development of enterprises.However,at this stage,the theoretical research on the supply chain financial profit model obviously lags behind the application practice,and the scholars’ research perspective is mostly from the third-party financial institutions,which is difficult to provide reference for the core enterprises trying to develop the supply chain financial profit model.Therefore,this paper selects Haier Zhijia as the research object,based on the perspective of core manufacturing enterprises,to conduct in-depth research on the effects of its implementation of the supply chain financial profit model and draw the corresponding conclusions.Firstly,this paper introduces the implementation background of Haier Zhijia’s supply chain financial profit model,and analyzes its internal and external motivations for developing the supply chain financial profit model in detail;Further elaborated the current bank enterprise cooperation mode and proprietary platform mode of Haier Zhijia implementing supply chain finance,and then analyzed the main characteristics of the profit model from five dimensions.Secondly,the financial effect caused by the profit model is specifically analyzed through the financial index method and the value added method in the economy.The financial index method mainly analyzes the efficiency of enterprise fund management,cash flow and financing cost,and explores the financial impact caused by the profit model;The economic value added method analyzes the overall performance of the enterprise,calculates the net operating profit after tax,total invested capital,weighted average cost of capital and other relevant indicators,and finds out the impact of the profit model on the overall performance of the enterprise.Thirdly,it analyzes the synergy effect of the profit model from the two aspects of operation synergy and management synergy,and analyzes its synergy effect through the financial indicator analysis method.It is found that the profit model has a certain impact on the enterprise synergy effect.Finally,based on the above analysis,summarize the preliminary results of Haier Zhijia’s implementation of the supply chain financial profit model and put forward guidance and suggestions for other core enterprises that want to carry out supply chain financial business.Through the above analysis and discussion,this paper takes the effect of the supply chain financial profit model as the research angle,and carries out specific analysis from two aspects,hoping to provide reference for other core enterprises that want to develop the supply chain financial profit model,so as to further promote the development of the supply chain financial market in China.
