Research On Digital Protection Of Modern Historical Building Information In Wuhan Based On HBIM Model Technology

In October 2020,General Secretary pointed out during his visit to Guangdong that "in the process of transforming old cities and developing new cities,we should protect the historical and cultural relics of cities,continue the urban context,and make the history and the contemporary complement each other." Urban architectural cultural heritage embodies the ingenuity and wisdom of working people in different periods,and has important historical,scientific,cultural and artistic values.The topic was selected from the science and technology innovation project of the tutor project "Research on the Construction of Wuhan Modern Historical Building Information Digital Platform based on HBIM Modeling".The purpose of this paper is as follows: 1.To provide more scientific and perfect protection measures for modern urban historical buildings(such as "Li Fen",Tanhualin,Wuhan Orthodox Church,Wuhan Catholic Church,etc.).2.Improve the timeliness and effectiveness of preservation of modern urban historic buildings.3.Promote the research process of digital protection of historical buildings.Its main contents are as follows: 1.Find out the most representative modern historical buildings for analysis,survey and modeling,and provide conditions and data for the completion of the construction of the database.2.Further improve the application of HBIM technology in a set of standardized,standardized and life-cycle process in the field of heritage protection.3.Establish a convenient data retrieval system to facilitate the later management and use of data information and provide technical support.Modern historical buildings in Wuhan are an important part of the historical and cultural memory of Wuhan Concession,and are the concentrated embodiment of Wuhan port culture,commercial culture,secular culture and concession history and culture.The digital protection and in-depth study of these buildings have the following significance: 1.History-oriented research.Summarize the development history of modern historical buildings,find the historical basis for the revitalization strategy,find the cultural origin to digitally preserve its real historical information,establish "urban residential archives based on legend graphics",and provide detailed first-hand information for the future transformation and maintenance of urban historical buildings.2.Contemporary research.Summarize the development and changes of residential space since the reform and opening up,find out the practical problems,and solve the contradiction between urban development and protection of the old city.3.Future-oriented research.Ceaseless urban context,enhance cultural confidence,expand cultural influence.This paper takes Hankou Orthodox Church as an example.After surveying and measuring modern and contemporary buildings in China and collecting data conducive to protection,it collects humanistic data related to historical buildings through questionnaire survey.Find the omissions in the present architecture and its historical evolution through the historical recovery method;Through physical exploration and surveying,using UAV aerial photography to provide specific data;Combined with the above three methods to check the actual measurement and exploration results to revise the unified standard modeling of BIM based on the state.After that,I plan to conduct in-depth application development of HBIM on blockchain platform,and use blockchain technology to warrant modeling and data.By taking design as the main body,supplemented by economics,management science,architecture and materials science,specific protection and monitoring methods are proposed for architectural model components.Through identification and monitoring of architectural model components,accurate resources and broad open source platform are left for the maintenance and protection of modern Chinese architecture to better protect Chinese history and culture.It is a relatively new cross-design research model.
