The Application And Expression Of Modern Technology In Xi'an Archaize Architecture

Chinese traditional architecture is a traditional engineering technology which is a form of Chinese traditional culture and continued for thousands of years.Archaize Architecture is a common name of the form of architecture presenting the contemporary and traditional buildings' spirit,which is based on the modern architectural technology,rejuvenating the historical attribute and appearance.Archaize Architecture as a kind of unique recent and modern cultural phenomenon has been practising and exploring for hundreds of years.Archaize Architecture not only is a mirror of Chinese social changes,but also is the miniature of Chinese recent and modern architectural evolution.Xi'an as a world-renowned historical and cultural city,has a profound cultural heritage and a long continuation of civilization.Xi'an architecture from the "socialist content,the national form"(1950s-1970s)to explore Tang dynasty architecture which based on the historical context(1980s-1990s).Xi'an architecture inherits from the historical context and regional cultural heritage,practising and exploring the design of Archaize Architecture,and eventually has made remarkable achievements.This paper presents the cultural renaissance of Chinese traditional architectural culture in general,and then expounds the historical context of the revival of traditional architecture after new China was founded,base on the creation course of traditional and cultural architecture in Xi 'an,the problems can be found.This will be a steppingstone to the modern technology application and expression of Xi'an antique architecture in latter.This thesis expounds the formation and development of Chinese modem archaize architecture and its background,this paper combs the recent and modern history of the cultural renaissance of Chinese traditional architectural culture from the historical perspective,and then expounds the historical context of the revival of traditional architecture after new China was founded and based on the traditional culture,the creation course of architecture in Xi'an is combed and reveal the existing problems.This will be a steppingstone to the modern technology application and expression of Xi'an archaize architecture in later.The thesis takes Xi'an contemporary archaize architecture as a example,from the aspect of the modern technology application and then introduces the main structural styles of archaize architecture and analyzes the use of current main modern technologies in archaize architecture.Next,through the practical study of implementation and application of reinforced concrete,steel structure and steel-timber combined structure in the traditional architecture,and then choose some representative elements of the structure to analyze separately,trying to understand the presentation of modern building technology in antique architecture deeply.Finally,through two different typical cases,study and research,with modern technology application and expression in antique architecture,to provide the basis and new ideas for design practice.
