Research On The Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Technology Innovation Ability Of Byd Company

With the development of economy,people’s living standard and consumption concept are improving day by day,the automobile has become an important part of People’s Daily life,at the same time,the automobile industry is also an important support industry for the development of our national economy.With the increasing contradiction between environmental problems and energy supply and demand,the use and promotion of new energy vehicles have been highly valued by governments around the world,but also favored by more and more consumers.As the leading enterprise of new energy vehicles in China,BYD’s new energy vehicle technology and production and sales data are leading in the same industry.In April 2022,BYD announced that according to the company’s strategic development needs,BYD Auto will stop the complete vehicle production of fuel vehicles from March 2022.It insists on independent innovation and has mastered the core technologies of the whole industry chain of new energy vehicles such as batteries,motors,electronic controls and chips.This paper takes the evaluation and improvement of BYD Company’s enterprise technological innovation ability as the research theme,combines the relevant data of ten Chinese listed companies in the past five years,including the number of patents,operating income,net profit,intangible assets,automobile sales,research and development expenses,current assets,fixed assets,tax rebates,government subsidies,and the number of research and development personnel,and uses the factor analysis method.SPSS software was used to analyze the data,and three common factors of technological innovation capability evaluation were extracted.Through the longitudinal comparison of BYD’s data in the past ten years,it is concluded that BYD’s technological innovation ability has been enhanced year by year.Through the horizontal comparison of the data scores of ten listed companies,BYD ranks the second among the ten companies,with strong technological innovation ability.According to the comprehensive score,it can be seen that the technological innovation ability of Chinese automobile industry enterprises is larger.Based on the data score,this paper analyzes the problems existing in BYD’s technological innovation ability and puts forward suggestions to promote the improvement of the enterprise’s technological innovation ability,which provides reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise and provides guidance and reference significance for the enterprise’s investment strategy decision and the country’s further formulation of automobile industry policies.
