Space Design Of Homestay Hotel In Longji Scenic Area Based On Peak-end Rule

The increase of per capita income of urban and rural residents has promoted the upgrading of consumption structure,and tourism has gradually become the first choice for people to escape from the public area,seek the original ecological environment and visit nature to relax.The personalized and diversified tourism demand promotes the transformation of traditional sightseeing tourism into deep experiential multi-functional vacation mode.Under this opportunity,the home-stay hotel industry,as a representative product of the combination of in-depth experiential tourism and standardized services,emerged at the historic moment.The object of the study takes the current architectural space design status of the existing B&B hotel in Longji Terrace scenic spot as an example.In order to actively promote the establishment of AAAAA scenic spot in this scenic spot and implement the requirements of the people’s government of Longsheng ethnic Autonomous County on improving the taste of the scenic spot,improving the basic service facilities of the scenic spot and creating a new image of the scenic spot,The design optimization of home stay hotel in Longji Scenic area has become one of the important problems to be solved urgently.Based on the above background,this paper attempts to apply the theory of peak-end law to the spatial design of Residential hotels in scenic spots,to explore the peak and peak-end key nodes of tourists’ spatial experience of Residential hotels,and to apply the design preference of space elements based on the five senses of vision,hearing,smell,touch and taste in each key node to the theoretical part of design practice.On the other hand,the design ideas of the five senses theory and the extraction and integration of the design elements of the concept of location are taken as the spatial design methods to improve the sensory experience of key areas,and the principles and strategies that can be followed in the design of key areas at the end of the peak are summarized to guide the practical part of the project of Dragon Ridge Scenic Spot.The space design of Residential hotel can not only pay attention to profit,but also consider the regional cultural connotation that the design should respect,coordinate the local features,dig the local characteristics,show the Residential hotel form with the regional cultural characteristics of the Dragon Ridge scenic spot,promote the healthy and sustainable development of Residential hotel in the tourism industry,and jointly build a journey of beautiful memories of scenery and people,space and people.It is also expected that this research can open up a new theoretical application site and provide new ideas for the design of Residential hotels in the future.
