European Purse Seine Load Sensitive Net Setting Hydraulic System Research

Abstract/Summary:
European purse seine is a kind of efficient fishing method for single boat.The deck fishing equipment of European Seine fishing boat is fully mechanized,driven by hydraulic,can be remote centralized control,convenient and flexible operation.The netting system of fishing boats realizes the coordination and synchronization of netting and net management,and automates the operation of netting and releasing,with high netting efficiency.European Seine net has been widely used in the Nordic countries such as Norway,and is also a new way of deep-sea fishing development.At present,our country can be independently researched and manufactured European Seine fishing boats and supporting fishing equipment.However,fishing equipment hydraulic drive system uses quantitative pump oil supply.During the process of netting,there exist overloading and stopping of netting machine,which leads to the problem that the netting clothes slide on the drum and the speed of netting management is inconsistent,which increases the wear of the netting clothes and the fuel consumption of netting equipment.The efficiency and economic gain of deep-sea fishing of Chinese European Seine fishing boats are limited.In this paper,the hydraulic system of the European Seine fishing boat is studied.Taking the netting system of the newly developed 40 meters European Seine fishing boat as a case,the hydraulic transmission system of the netting machine based on load sensitive control technology is studied,so as to solve the problem of the overloaded stopping of the netting machine and the incoordination of netting operation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of the setting condition of European Seine fishing vessel.The mathematic model of load transmission in the netting system of European purse Seine fishing boat is established.It summarizes the sequence,movement mode and working range of the elements executed by the network management machine in the process of setting up the European Seine.The relationship between the change of load on the mesh roller of the mesh machine and the change of water resistance of the Seine tool is analyzed.The safety performance of the network machine is modeled in 3D and checked by simulation,so as to ensure the structural strength of the network machine,reduce the weight of the equipment and improve its economy.It provides a theoretical basis for the scheme of the hydraulic transmission system of the network machine in the network lifting system.(2)Design of load sensitive hydraulic transmission system of European purse Seine machine.According to the maximum net load and equipment function requirements of the 40-meter European Seine fishing boat demonstration boat,as well as the control requirements of the adaptive system for the load of the fishing gear under variable working conditions,this paper designs the transmission control system of the European Seine fishing boat netting machine based on load sensitive technology,analyzes the working principle,optimizes the working parameters,reasonably selects components and calculates the system heat.Integrate the hydraulic system matched to the demonstration vessel.(3)Modeling and simulation of load sensitive hydraulic transmission system of European purse Seine machine.Based on the power bond graph theory,the load-sensitive hydraulic transmission system model,PID control model and roller model of the network management machine are established in AMESIM software to analyze the performance of the load sensitive hydraulic transmission system of the European Seine network management machine,and the load parameter loading simulation of the net tool is carried out.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the feasibility and stability of the design scheme of the load sensitive hydraulic transmission system of the European purse Seine machine are verified,which provides technical support for the bench test.(4)Bench test of load sensitive hydraulic transmission system of European purse Seine machine.According to the characteristics of the 40-meter European Seine fishing boat,the platform and loading system,signal acquisition system and software control system are designed.According to the designed element parameters of the load sensitive hydraulic transmission system of the network Seine machine,select and construct the bench,test the bench,optimize and perfect the test scheme;According to the test outline,the test is carried out,and the data are collected,processed and analyzed to verify the feasibility and stability of the design scheme of the load sensitive hydraulic transmission system of the European purse Seine machine.The multiplication coefficient is compared with the simulation results to prove the accuracy of the simulation model.This paper studies and designs the load sensitive hydraulic transmission system of European purse Seine which is adaptive to load change and variable speed.It provides reference scheme for energy saving renovation of hydraulic transmission system of deck equipment of ocean fishing boat in our country.The model of the hydraulic system is established in AMESIM,which provides a simulation model for the load-sensitive hydraulic transmission system similar to the European Seine setting condition.The hydraulic system test bench is constructed,which provides a test platform for data collection and analysis of load-sensitive hydraulic transmission system performance test.
