In the load-sensitive hydraulic system, the main valve closes too fast, leading to pressure shock in the system. In order to improve the stability and security of the system, the impact reduction method of load sensitive system is studied.Aiming to solve problem of pressure impact caused by too fast closing of the main valve in the load sensitive system,a hydraulic impact test platform was built, and the self-designed measurement and control system was used for experimental research. It is concluded that the system flow is the main factor affecting the impact, and the method of optimizing the parameters of the main pump to improve the response speed of the main pump flow to reduce the impact is proposed. The ADAMS dynamics model of the load-sensitive pump was established and cosimulated with the hydraulic simulation model of AMESim of the load-sensitive system. The simulation model is used to analyze the load sensitive valve spool diameter, load sensitive valve spring stiffness, large cavity diameter, variable mechanism small cavity diameter, variable spring stiffness, variable spring preload, load sensitive valve orifice, variable mechanism large cavity orifice 9 parameters such as variable mechanism small cavity damping hole are used to reduce the impact of load-sensitive system impact, and a reasonable range of values for each parameter is determined. The orthogonal test method was used to determine four parameters that have a great impact on system impact reduction. On this basis, the quadratic orthogonal test was carried out,and the obtained test results are used as sample data for neural network model training.to construct the neural network model between the parameters such as load sensitive valve and variable mechanism and system impact.By analyzing the impact value predicted by the model,an optimized combination of load-sensitive pump parameters is obtained. In the case of flow rate of 20L/min,30L/min and 40L/min,the impact data before and after optimization are compared and analyzed. The results show that the system impact rate after optimization is reduced by 9.5%,19.7% and 39.7% respectively, which proves the effectiveness of this method. However, when the external load is greater than 15 MPa,the impact reduction effect is poor. Therefore, this method is suitable for the occasions where the pressure is lower than 15 MPa but the flow is higher.
