With the rapid development of information technology and intelligent equipment, military powers have begun to use digital means to develop new equipment. How to effectively improve equipment efficiency, reduce research and development costs, and shorten the cycle has always been a difficult problem in the development of complex equipment. In order to improve the standardization and credibility of the design and verification process in equipment development, this paper introduces the concept of Digital Twin and Model-based Systems Engineering(MBSE)thinking into the process.A model-based digital twin construction method is proposed, and a visualization integration framework based on digital twin is designed and developed. This framework can achieve virtual and real performance verification of equipment and provide digital solutions for equipment design and performance optimization.Firstly, this paper studies the key technologies of digital design, and investigates the technologies such as MBSE,digital prototype, and digital twin from the perspectives of "model" and "simulation",laying a foundation for the design of an integrated framework.Starting from relevant theories such as "construction standards" and "five-dimensional models" of digital twins,a digital twin body for missile systems is constructed, and its implementation guidelines are clarified.Secondly, the OOSEM in MBSE was studied, and the hierarchical architecture of the missile digital twin was analyzed in a modular way,a "requirements-function-performance" model was established, achieving the mutual transformation of requirements, functions, and performance during the design phase.Thirdly,by utilizing model-driven,virtual-real fusion, and co-simulation technologies to integrate data, models, and processes,a visualization integration framework for missile prototype based on digital twins has been designed and developed, achieving rapid prediction of missile digital twin functionality and performance. Finally,by using actual measurement data to drive the twin model for simulation comparison, the feasibility and practicality of the system were validated.By using the model-based digital twin design method proposed in this paper and the digital twin-based visualization integration framework, the structure, layout, and flight control system design of missiles can be optimized, effectively improving design efficiency and reducing costs, providing new ideas and digital means for the rapid development of future new complex equipment.
