With the development of German Industry 4.0 and Internet + manufacturing concepts,manufacturing transformation is imperative,with the aim of achieving intelligent manufacturing.However,the information interaction between the information world and the physical world during the manufacturing process has become one of the main bottlenecks in achieving intelligent manufacturing.Digital twin as the best technical means to realize the interactive fusion of information in the physical world and the information world,have attracted great attention from academic circles and enterprises in China and abroad.But at present most of them are theoretical studies,and there are few practical applications.Based on the research and verification of aerospace complex production line,this paper studies the key technology of digital twin-based production line modeling and simulation operation control,and designs a digital twin-based fast response manufacturing system for verification.The main research contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,according to the characteristics and requirements analysis of the complex space segment production line,using Unity3 D to construct a virtual workshop consistent with the actual production site,and to realize the visual control of the virtual production line.(1)By constructing the production line information model and data interface,combined with MES,the information interaction between the virtual production line and the actual production line is realized.(2)And a state response real-time driving mechanism is built for AGV to realize the simulation and operation control of the trolley path based on digital twins.Secondly,according to the scheduling technology framework for capacity simulation evaluation and optimization,batch optimization,outsourcing decision-making and rolling technology are proposed.A batch optimization algorithm based on priority rules is established to realize batch processing of production orders and deal with bottleneck processes.Orders were outsourced,and the remaining processes were rolled out to improve equipment utilization and production capacity.Finally,a fast-response manufacturing system based on digital twin was designed to verify the above technical theories,and realize the information interaction between the physical production line and the virtual production line.The visualization platform of the complex space segment production line and the work scheduling results are displayed.
