The manufacturing of automobile brake pads is a typical mixed-model production process.Many different types of products are often mixed-model produced on the same production line.The market demand of each model is very different,so the models are frequently switched.At the same time,the characteristics of brake pads,such as many models,high structural similarity,complex accessories,etc.,have caused many difficulties in manufacturing and workshop logistics distribution,and increased the difficulty of enterprise production management.With the change of enterprise production scale and management mode,the traditional production logistics distribution method has seriously restricted the development of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises began to deeply analyze their own problems,optimize internal operation processes,improve the utilization rate of automation equipment,reduce the waste of time and raw materials,improve the management level of enterprises through modern information technology and scientific management means.Based on the research and analysis of the theory and application status of advanced assembly mode in logistics system at home and abroad.The paper takes the mixed-flow production line of brake pads of an enterprise as the research object,combines the production management and logistics operation management mode of modern manufacturing enterprises,and builds the assembly management information system of automobile brake pad production line based on RFID technology.So that the production materials can be delivered to the corresponding stations on time,on demand,and accurately.So as to realize the perfect connection between the mixed production line of brake pads and the logistics distribution system.On the basis of analyzing the composition,characteristics and technological process of the current brake pad mixed-flow production line,aiming at the problems existing in the production process.The application of SPS to the material distribution of the brake pad production line to solve the existing problems.By using Flexsim platform,the distribution path and resource utilization rate of the brake pad mixed-flow production line are modeled and simulated.The simulation results show that the distribution efficiency and resource utilization rate of the brake pad mixed-flow production line are related to the selection of distribution path and equipment parameters.Based on the application scenario of brake pad logistics distribution mode,the software and hardware of brake pad production line distribution management system are matched and analyzed.The RFID working frequency is selected,the interface circuit of the electronic tag is designed,and the brake pad production line distribution management system based on RFID is developed.The system functions include distribution planning,equipment status detection,distribution tracking management,data processing and other core modules,and the system is tested in actual operation.The test results show that the system can efficiently complete the logistics distribution of the brake pad production line and realize.The operation and implementation of the centralized distribution management system of brake pad production line has eliminated the waste caused by logistics distribution in the production process,reduced the inventory,reduced the production cost,improved the operation efficiency of the production line,and provided reference value for the distribution mode and method of similar production lines.
