| With the sustained and stable development of our country’s national economy,the automobile industry has become one of the pillar industries of our country’s economic development.Nowadays,automobile enterprises face three new challenges.The first is the overall overcapacity of the automobile industry;the second is the end of the auto group’s business model of using joint ventures to feed back its own brands;the third is the reshuffle of automobile brands in the new energy sector.This kind of brand-new competitive landscape requires automobile enterprises to have comparative advantages in production and supply safety and cost control,and achieve the goal of corporate profit growth by taking both cost reduction and production safety into consideration.Although Toyota Production System is widely sought after,it cannot be effectively copied due to different corporate culture genes.Process reengineering theory and collaborative cooperation theory provide new solutions for the optimization of supply and production logistics business processes.This thesis takes F Automobile Company as the research object,and on the basis of determining the research background and research significance,the research methods of this thesis are refined through literature reading as literature research method,case research method and expert interview method.Then,first distinguish the basic concepts of supply and production logistics business process and vehicle manufacturing business process,and introduce process reengineering theory and synergy theory.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the development status of automobile production logistics industry and the status quo of production logistics business of F Automobile Company,and describes the collaborative development of the three-level process from the body flow,order flow and parts flow to illustrate the problems and reasons of F Automobile Company in process design.Thirdly,combined with the specific problems of F Automobile Company,the process reengineering method is applied to optimize the process,including the overall design principles and goals,the key optimization measures in the body flow,order flow and material flow,and the application of digital simulation technology for material flow simulation.Finally,summarize the optimization of the production logistics business of F Automobile Company,and record the gains of this optimization.Prospect of the business that needs to be studied further,hoping to provide a reference for the optimization of supply and production logistics of similar enterprises. |
