With the development of The Times,state-owned power grid enterprises also become more and more attention to efficiency,how to efficiently dispose of waste power materials and the enterprise’s operating efficiency is directly linked.Although J Electric Power Company,the object of this paper,has a clear business operation process,advanced information management system and a series of rules and regulations as internal supervision in the management of waste materials,there are still serious management problems,such as the long-term backlog of waste materials,waste disposal is not standardized,waste materials recovery is not in place,etc.Generally speaking,there are problems with the disposal process of waste materials.Therefore,it is necessary to further optimize the company’s waste materials disposal business process in order to maintain the competitiveness of the enterprise in the waste materials disposal link,so as to make the business efficiency of the enterprise to a higher level.In view of this,this paper starts from the business process of waste materials disposal to optimize the unreasonable part of J Electric Power Company waste materials disposal process,so as to make the company’s business process more in line with the company’s development objectives.At the same time,this paper also carries out innovation in the process of business process optimization.For example,when discovering the problem,the data of the problem is also visualized,that is,while optimizing the process,the visualization analysis of the current situation of the business process is also taken into account,so as to facilitate J Power Company to further optimize the waste material disposal process in the future.This paper first introduces the general situation of J Electric Power Company and the existing disposal process of waste materials,and also introduces the system used in the process and the rules and regulations related to waste materials.Then,extract the company’s business operation data in the last three years from the five business links in the disposal process system.According to the articles before and after the process,compare the existing rules and regulations,establish the data visualization early warning model.From the early warning model,it is easy to find the problems existing in the disposal process of waste materials of J Power Company.The fishbone diagram analysis method is used to find the cause of the problem,and ESIA analysis method is used to eliminate,simplify,integrate and automate the waste material disposal process of the company,so as to obtain the optimized flow chart.By comparing the effect before and after optimization,it is found that the aging and disposal benefits are greatly improved after optimization.Finally,the paper expounds the specific implementation steps and safeguard measures of the optimization plan of waste materials disposal process,to ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the optimization plan.At the same time,it also points out the shortcomings of the paper,the content to be further studied in the future and other areas to be improved in the management of waste materials of J Electric Power Company.
