| Since the end of last century,along with the continuous development of our economy and science and technology,the construction of all kinds of projects also develop rapidly.The rapid development of high-speed railway not only drives the economic development,but also promotes the innovation of key technologies across the existing railway turntable bridge.As one of the main types of railway bridge,the design and construction technology of railway rotary bridge have attracted more and more attention from all circles in the industry.However,there are some difficult problems in the construction of cross-rail rotary bridge,because it needs to be constructed near the business line,and will be affected by various external factors in the construction and rotating process.As it involves the safety of railway line,it is very necessary to monitor various parameters in the construction and rotating process.It is also very important for the safety warning of bridge construction.In recent years,the combination of information technology and construction technology is getting closer and closer.The application of BIM technology and the "BIM+" model derived from it in bridge engineering has been rapidly developed and popularized,and it is also playing a more and more important role in engineering construction.In the construction of rotary bridge,by combining with BIM and other new information technologies,using the characteristics of BIM informatization and visualization,the monitoring work in the whole construction process becomes more economical and efficient.Based on the bridge of Yuxingui Avenue across Anhui and Jiangxi and Guixi Dredging Line in Yingtan City,Jiangxi Province,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The BIM modeling software is used to create the three-dimensional model of the trans-Anhuan-Jiangxi T-structure rotary bridge,forming the component family library of the rotary bridge,providing reference for the BIM application of the subsequent rotary bridge.The monitoring equipment model of the trans-Anhuan-Jiangxi rotary bridge is proposed according to the monitoring scheme,laying the foundation for the research and application of the subsequent monitoring technology.(2)Using the combination of BIM technology,oblique photography technology and Fuzor software,the whole process construction simulation animation of the cross-Anhui-Gan turning bridge was established,and the project construction process and the location relationship between the project construction site and the business line were displayed from all angles,so that all parties to the project could understand the construction plan more intuitively,better complete the construction safety disclosure,and promote effective communication and cooperation among all parties;(3)Through the Midas finite element analysis software,the finite element model of the trans-Anhui-Gan Bridge is established,and the deformation and stress of the box girder of the main bridge of the Trans-Anhui-Gan Turnaround Bridge under different construction sections are simulated and calculated,and the calculation results are summarized and analyzed.(4)It is proposed to establish a BIM model of the monitoring system of the cross-AnhuiGan Bridge,make full use of BIM visualization and informatization,realize the management of monitoring information visualization,formulate a project construction monitoring scheme according to the finite element analysis results to monitor the stress of key sections,and compare and analyze the calculation results obtained by finite element analysis with the actual monitoring values on site,so as to play a guiding role in the on-site construction work. |
