With the development of scientific technology, a variety of advanced materials are coming to the world. The type of concrete has been changed from R.C to P.C and the construction of bridge engineering has beenoverwhelmeddaily. The widely used design, implementation, and maintain of suspension bridge, cable-stayed bridge and T shape rigid frame, Concrete filled steel tube arch bridge and continuous girder bridge in highway, railway and municipal engineeringhave been extremely improved.They are increasingly used in highway construction mainly due to the large span ability, flexible construction method, high applicability, stiffness, strong earthquake resistance ability, comfort characteristicsso as well beautiful modeling.Taken the construction of Zhengxing Jinjiang Bridge of Huanzheng road’s extension in Chengdu city as an example, the plan and calculation from design to construction of the bridge which contain a large-span pre-stressed concrete continuous girder bridge, main bridge(the main piers and girders were temporary fixed in the process of construction, taking use of suspension pouring method) and a continuous girderapproach bridge are displayed in the thesis. Due to the type of the bridge and environmental conditions, the cantilever construction method is adopted to the upper structure of the main bridge in general. Although the cantilever construction method has been widely used in modern world, the construction of large-span continuous girder bridge is facing high risk because various uncertain factors are becoming more and more significant in construction. Therefore accurate force calculation for the bridge structure as well as the process of construction must be taken, at the same time, monitor construction and management must be performed strictly.First,engineering background, geological conditions,design specification and calculation program of Zhengxing Jinjiang Bridge of Huanzheng road’s extension are simply introduced in the thesis. The main blue prints of bridge upper structure, approach of lower part of upper structure, bridge structure are shown in the second part. Carefully calculation of main bridge, bridge approach, the lower structure in detail, the strength, stiffness and stability checking by relevant formulas and large finite element software in "Doctor Bridge" are displayed from the third to the fifth part or the thesis. Otherwise, The calculation of bridge construction and stress computation are included.Details of plans, programming’s, matters that must be paid attention as well as the regular service condition of the bridge are provide.Thethoroughcalculation, the calculation of construction process and the planning of the bridge structureare summarizedat the end of the thesis.
