Pre-reinforced concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is most widely used in bridge engineering which is constructed through erecting hole by hole, moving die carrier and balanced cantilever etc.The balanced cantilever is the main way of construction. To continuous rigid frame bridge with High Pier and Large Span, the state of the deformation of the structure, the stress and the strain of section in the construction stage effect the alignment of the suspension bridge, so, the control and the emulation analysis of construction of bridges seems very important.Based on the present research on both domestic and abroad construction simulation technology and the construction process simulation methods and the platform of further development in ANSYS, the important problem in construction simulation-estimating the creep and shrinkage effects of concrete is solved by using the method of element's equivalent load increments. Application and redevelopment of the universal simulation software in calculation of bridge are realized by programming correlation procedure.Taking he simulation calculation of Ye-San-He bridge's construction process as background, with the usage of ANSYS's development tool APDL and element's birth and death function., the construction process simulation is realized when each phrase of construction is simulated by corressponding FEA model.Compared with Bdcms' calculation, it shows that calculation results the calculation method, and the procedure are reliable, which can be referenced by kindred bridges.
