Cable-stayed bridge with the advantages of beautiful modelling diversity,good crossing ability,and the suspension cable force late adjustable,has been widely used in the construction of modern urban bridges and long-span bridges.But because of the natural and man-made damage and frequent load or overload phenomenon,cable-stayed bridge often has different from other types of endemic disease.These diseases will not only affect the durability of the bridge,and even reduce the carrying capacity of the bridge,if not found in time and take certain measures will bring great security risks.This paper uses the field test and calculation analysis of bridge bearing capacity of the actual technical condition of the cable-stayed bridge and the bridge to carry out level,to cable replacement based on cable reinforcement and repair process of construction control of cable-stayed bridge,the load test to compare the performance before and after the bridge maintenance and reinforcement.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Summary of cable-stayed bridge disease detection and reinforcement research status at home and abroad,combined with an actual cable-stayed bridge with single tower and single cable plane asymmetric cable-stayed bridge project,the appearance of disease detection,the cable force of structure test and load test work.Through the analysis of the data,the main factors affecting the safety of the bridge and the degree of deterioration were evaluated.The load test results show that the structural safety reserve is insufficient,and the box girder structure has a large strain.(2)It puts forward the reinforcement scheme of the bridge structure,such as the replacement of the cable and the repair of the defect of the concrete structure.A finite element analysis model is established according to the actual test data,the analysis givesthe key sections of bridge strain(stress),temperature monitoring,control parameter increment of girder,main tower bias,cable force and weight bearing jacking construction.(3)The monitoring work of bridge reinforcement process is carried out,and the tested bridge is tested.The results of load test and cable force test show that the structural safety reserve meets the requirement,and the box girder structure is in an elastic working state under the test load.Through the comparison of the test results before and after the reinforcement,it is proved that the reinforcement scheme is feasible and correct.
