Emergency Management Capacity Evaluation Study Of AZ Electricity Company

Since the reform and opening up,China’s development potential is getting bigger and bigger.It can be said that power supply,as an important part of the infrastructure for social development,is the pillar industry of the lifeline of the national economy.Under the current situation,the development of each industry needs electricity,and once the occurrence of power accidents,it will cause social panic,and then threaten the security and stability of the country.Therefore,seeking a scientific,reasonable and effective method to improve the emergency level of electric power enterprises,so that it can deal with various emergencies faster and more accurately,ensuring the safety of power supply network,ensuring the quality of power supply network,is an important subject faced by electric power enterprises in our country at present.Previous studies have shown that the emergency management of electric power enterprises mainly focuses on the event response and emergency rescue after the occurrence of the event.In this way,the improvement of emergency management ability depends on constant exploration and summary in the process of emergency treatment after the occurrence of electric power emergencies.The effect is obvious,but the cost is huge.Therefore,under the current situation,the key for us to study the emergency management ability of enterprises is to actively prevent,scientifically and reasonably evaluate the emergency management ability of electric power companies,find out the difficulties and gaps faced by electric power enterprises in various fields of emergency management as soon as possible,and develop targeted emergency management plans,carry out relevant emergency training,and evaluate them.Starting from the most basic work,we can effectively avoid the occurrence of power emergencies from the root as far as possible,and deal with power emergencies more quickly to reduce social losses.This thesis takes the emergency management ability of electric power enterprises as the research object,introduces the achievements and current situation of the research on emergency management ability at home and abroad(especially in the direction of electric power enterprises),introduces the concept and characteristics of electric power emergency management,summarizes the current situation and problems of emergency management of AZ electric power company,investigates and analyzes one by one.The evaluation index and system,as well as the evaluation methods and steps suitable for the emergency management capability of AZ power company are found out.Based on this study,the emergency management capability of AZ power company is evaluated,and a conclusion is drawn,and the evaluation model is verified,which lays a foundation for the further study of the emergency management capability evaluation of AZ power company.
