With the comprehensive application of information technology and building information modeling technology,etc.,the engineering construction management mode of China’s traditional construction industry is constantly changing,concepts such as intelligent engineering are put forward,and the application of intelligent construction sites is increasing,and its strong management level in terms of personnel,materials and machinery brings convenience to on-site construction management.In order to improve the overall engineering construction management level of Huairou Science City,a new intelligent engineering construction management mode based on information construction is actively explored.This paper studies the wisdom engineering construction management mode of Huairou Science City in Beijing.Firstly,on the basis of literature research and expert survey,it analyzes the current situation and problems of engineering construction management in Huairou Science City,integrates and summarizes the needs of wisdom engineering construction management,and puts forward the necessity of implementing wisdom engineering construction management mode.Secondly,based on the theories of wisdom engineering and information management,the design of wisdom engineering construction management mode is carried out,and the new "1+1+N" wisdom engineering construction management mode,which is more in line with the demand for engineering management in Huairou Science City at the present stage,is proposed around the objectives of improving efficiency,standardizing supervision activities and enhancing management level.The model is based on big data and Internet to build an enterprise-level business management system,set IOT,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,BIM technology,etc.to innovate a smart engineering management platform,and realize "N" innovative ways such as innovation of assessment and inspection mechanism,innovation of organization and management mode,and innovation of talent training mode.Finally,taking the 10 k V distribution network project in the starting area of Huairou Science City as the object to evaluate the implementation effect of smart engineering construction management mode,the evaluation index factors of cost management,quality management,safety management,schedule management,information management,contract management and work efficiency management are determined by expert survey method,index weights are determined by hierarchical analysis method,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is conducted by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that the application effect of intelligent engineering construction management mode of the project is excellent.The "1+1+N" new intelligent engineering construction management mode proposed in this research can better realize the management of the whole cycle,all-round and all-elements of engineering projects and improve the timeliness of engineering project construction management.
