With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,the role of urban rail transit system in urban public transportation is becoming more and more important,and its passenger traffic has also increased year by year,and has become one of the important transportation modes for residents in large and medium-sized cities.The scale of urban rail transit construction continues to expand,but there are still many problems in service quality,and at the same time,with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people pay more and more attention to travel experience,and higher requirements are also put forward for the quality of urban rail transit services.Therefore,this thesis selects the service quality of urban rail transit as the research object,which not only compares and analyzes the gap of rail transit service quality between different lines,but also carries out longitudinal evaluation and research on the service quality of different periods,which can better discover the problems in the service quality of urban rail transit,and also provide a certain basis and foundation for the improvement and enhancement of urban rail transit service quality.This thesis conducts a diversified evaluation study on the service quality of urban rail transit.Firstly,summarize and summarize the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the quality of urban rail transit services,laying a certain theoretical foundation for scientific research in this article.Secondly,on the premise of elaborating on the connotation and characteristics of urban rail transit service quality,combined with qualitative research theory,data collection is conducted through field research to summarize and summarize the influencing factors of urban rail transit service quality.Once again,based on the selection principles and methods of evaluation indicators,20 evaluation indicators were selected from five aspects:transportation efficiency,time efficiency,service etiquette,service facilities,and ride environment.At the same time,the SERVQUAL model was used to quantitatively analyze each evaluation indicator.Then,by improving the matter-element extension model,a horizontal comparative evaluation study was conducted on the service quality of urban rail transit on different routes.Combining the rank sum ratio evaluation method,coupling coordination degree,and entropy weight TOPSIS theory,a vertical evaluation model for urban rail transit service quality was constructed.The evaluation study was conducted on the service quality of different time periods,which can not only comprehensively understand the service quality of urban rail transit,At the same time,being able to compare and analyze the differences in service quality at different time periods is more conducive to targeted improvement and improvement.Finally,based on the analysis of the current development status of urban rail transit in China,taking Chongqing rail transit as an example,a comparative study was conducted on the horizontal and vertical evaluation of Chongqing rail transit.The horizontal evaluation study showed that the service quality of Chongqing rail transit lines 1,3,and 5 is relatively good,the service quality of lines 2 and 4 is medium,and the service quality of lines 6 and 10 is relatively poor compared to other lines,which still needs further improvement;Vertical evaluation can indicate that Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3 has the highest service quality during daytime peak hours and the lowest during nighttime peak hours.The service quality during nighttime peak hours is lower than that during daytime peak hours,and the service quality during morning peak hours is higher than that during nighttime peak hours,but lower than that during nighttime peak hours.This verifies the reliability and feasibility of the research model in this article.The material element extensibility model explored and constructed in this thesis has strong applicability for the horizontal evaluation of urban rail transit service quality,and the rank-sum ratio evaluation method,coupling coordination degree and entropy weight TOPSIS theory construction are jointly applied to the longitudinal evaluation of urban rail transit service quality.It can be better compared to find the differences in service quality of urban rail transit in different lines and different periods,which is conducive to continuous improvement and upgrading.
