Study On Service Level Evaluation Of Urban Rail Transit Transfer Stations

In recent years,with the development of urban rail transit in China,it has become a preferred mode of travel for residents because of its advantages of speed and volume.As the important node of the whole line,the transfer station's service level directly affects the passenger's satisfaction in the transfer station and the overall operational efficiency of the rail transit.Therefore,for the urban rail transit operators,a reasonable service level evaluation system is of great significance for the optimization and improvement of the transfer station.Firstly,the paper analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors affecting the service level of the transfer station from the station,passengers and the surrounding environment of the station.Then based on the field investigation and the factors affecting the service level of the transfer station,the paper preliminarily selects the evaluation index of the service level of the transfer station and proposes the relevance function of each evaluation index,and the evaluation index is selected according to the degree of relevance,so the paper obtaines the final evaluation index and establishes the service level evaluation system for transfer stations,Through the analysis of the literature and the actual situation of a large number of transfer stations,the paper obtaines the classification criteria of the evaluation indicators.Then the paper determines the method for determining the weight of service level evaluation index and establishes the evaluation model based on the matter-element extension evaluation theory,in addition the paper also improves the service level evaluation model.Finally,the paper takes the Shijiazhuang Xinbai Square subway station as a research example to verify the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation system and model.The paper proposes the relevance function as a qualitative indicator for screening the evaluation index and makes some improvement in the calculation method of the traditional matter element extension evaluation model.It is of academic significance and practical value to evaluate the service level of urban rail transit transfer stations in China and the improvement of the station.
