| ABSTRACT:Taking the comprehensive characteristics as the key, this paper studied systematically of the comprehensive evaluation theory of urban rail transport service. From the perspective of the enterprises in operation, the entire process to serve as the breakthrough point, the paper makes a detailed in-depth study to the comprehensive evaluation of the links in urban rail transport service and its application. By systematic studying, this paper hopes providing theoretical guidance for the practice. The main content of the paper are as follows:1) The classification and characteristics of urban rail transit service evaluation are studied, and focus on the service evaluation that takes enterprise as the estimator. Then, the comprehensive evaluation of urban rail transport service is system described, from the three aspects of estimator, index and content.2) Research the comprehensive evaluation theory of urban rail transport service systematically and deeply, and discuss the principle, contents, methods and process of the comprehensive evaluation. From the perspective of the enterprises in operation, taking the entire process to serve as the breakthrough point, construct the comprehensive evaluation system of the links in urban rail transport service.3) Discuss the comprehensive evaluation system of the links in urban rail transport service, and respectively on the contents, implement steps and methods of the three individual evaluation that are services attract, service process, service performance.4) Combined with the proposed evaluation theory, take service of the Xuan Wu Men station of Beijing metro line 4 as an example, Analyze the service process evaluation which a part of the comprehensive evaluation. |
