| With the increasing aging of the population,the problem of providing for the aged has become the focus of widespread attention.Under the influence of China’s traditional cultural factors,home-based pension is still the main mode of providing for the aged,and the concept of providing for the aged at home has changed in the new period,from "healthy aging" to "active aging",and the demand for pension services is more diversified.However,China’s pension facilities system is still not perfect,there is a lot of room for development.Therefore,based on providing for the aged at home,this paper studies the urban pension facilities system,establishes a three-dimensional social pension service system characterized by a new pension circle,and gradually improves the living,health,safety and conditions for the elderly to participate in social development.we will improve the quality of life of the elderly and achieve a sense of security,medical care,a sense of health,a sense of health,a sense of learning and a sense of happiness for the elderly.According to the characteristics of the demand for home-based care services for the elderly,this paper extracts four significant influencing factors,namely,health status,family structure,personal disposable income and enthusiasm for social participation,and divides the types of the elderly according to them.and according to the type of elderly home care service needs for the detailed classification,and then combined with the urban life circle theory,to establish a new type of pension life circle based on home care.This paper puts forward the facility allocation strategy for the urban pension facility system from the aspects of the function and type,location and layout of the pension facilities at the new circle level.Finally,a specific area of Zhengzhou is selected to conduct an empirical study to test the implementability of the urban pension facilities system based on home-based pension.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter discusses the research background,research status,research purpose and significance,research content and methods.The second chapter defines the concepts of home pension,pension facilities and urban pension facilities system,and discusses the life circle theory,community care theory,social support theory and Maslow demand hierarchy theory.Community care theory is the origin,development and basic reference standard of home-based pension in China.Maslow’s demand hierarchy theory emphasizes the diversification of the elderly’s demand for old-age services.Social support theory and life circle theory are important supporting theories of urban pension facilities system.The third chapter studies the demand characteristics and influencing factors of home-based care for the elderly,and analyzes the demand for home-based pension services of the elderly with different characteristics.The fourth chapter introduces the life circle theory,analyzes and analyzes the limitations of the traditional urban life circle at the present stage,puts forward the new urban life circle,determines the space scope and layer attributes of the new pension life circle,and constructs the pension facilities system based on home care for the aged.Combined with China’s existing facilities allocation standards,this paper puts forward a new pension circle facilities allocation strategy,and defines the allocation of pension service facilities in each circle of the city.The fifth chapter makes an empirical study on the selected specific areas,investigates the construction of public service facilities for the elderly in the region,and updates the allocation according to the new old-age circle facilities allocation strategy.The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect. |
