Manufacturing is the primary one of industries for national economy. Along with the information age, the manufacturing industry is faced with challenges like economic globalization, market customer-oriented and knowledge-based economy, thus competition among manufacturing enterprises becomes increasingly fierce. They become more specialized as well as strengthening the cross-enterprises' work-division and collaboration, then new operating models such as Supply Chain Management, Dynamic Alliances (Virtual Enterprises) ,etc. appear. At the same time, faced with fierce market competition, the Logistics Management, which is known as the "Third Source of Profit", has gradually become one of the main means for manufacturing enterprises to improve their competition power. Logistics Management has gradually developed from functional model to processes integration, and it breakthroughs individual enterprise to the whole supply chain. Under the background of supply chain, collaboration of Logistics Management between upstream and downstream enterprises, which makes some manufacturing enterprise as nuclear, has become an urgent issue for study.First of all, the research background and significance of this paper are summarized, and the interrelated research status quo at home and abroad is analyzed, then the content and characteristics of this paper are confirmed. Secondly, on the basis of expatiation on the interrelated research results of Manufacturing Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Dynamic Alliance, collaboration theory and Collaborative Logistics Management, the advantages and disadvantages of operation modes are analyzed on manufacturing enterprises' logistics management. Then the operation mode of their Collaborative Logistics Management is mainly researched, as well as the latest results on Collaborative Logistics Management, that is, the Long-term Stock and Joined Managed Inventory. Afterward, considering the importance of logistics information in logistics management, the developing status, development methods and key technologies of Logistics Management Information System are analyzed, which establish foundation for further research. After that, In view of manufacturing enterprises' logistics management status in our country, and the logistics management of Kunming YunNei Power Co., Ltd. as the research prototype, its system analysis is carried out, mainly on supply and sales logistics.Finally, combined with the modern information technology, especially Internet, a model of manufacturing enterprises' Collaborative Logistics Management Information System is established by using the developing method combined Life Circle Approach with Prototype, as well as Oracle9i database and JDeveloper, in which functions of system management, basic information management, purchase management, inventory management, sales management, as well as collaboration with suppliers and customers, are implemented. Thus the feasibility of establishing Collaborative Logistics Management Information System is validated from a technical point of view.A reference model is provided for manufacturing enterprises' Collaborative Logistics Management in supply chain, as well as information flat roof, which is positive for reducing total cost of the supply chain, and improving manufacturing enterprises' collaboration capability and competition power in supply chain.
