The enterprise is faced with the globalization of market competition and the challenge of delivery time, quality, service, individuation, and cost of product with the development of technology,economy globalization and electronic commerce. It's more difficult for the enterprise to obtain competition advantage in the field of manufacturing. The enterprise can survive and progress when it has crucial competition advantage which doesn't exist in the other enterprises. So more enterprises begin to pay attention to the logistics which is regarded as the source of the third profit. But men in the area of logistics think the logistics is only storage, transportation and so on, and few of them think the logistics is a system,what's more, many of them don't know the relation among all sorts of logistics functions, which is mainly due to the lack of an in-depth research on the theory of logistics performance measurement(L-PM). The research will advance the development of the logistics, help logistics managers solve the problem of logistics, improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics cost. Based on the theory of enterprise logistics, the research of the enterprise L-PM system(EL-PMS) is as follows:1.Based on the theory of EL and enterprise logistics system(ELS) are summarized, the function of ELS in contemporary integrated manufacturing system(CIMS) is proposed.The research direction of EL is analyzed.The research direction of PM is researched after the theory of PM is analyzed. The relation between EL-PM and enterprise PM is analyzed.And the research direction of EL-PM is studied.2 . Based on the requirements of EL-PMS,the integrated and dynamic EL-PMS(ID-EL-PMS) is put forward after conventional PMS(CPMS),integrated PMS and dynamic PMS are analyzed.The parts of ID-EL-PMS are studied.And the model of ID-EL-PMS is presented.The relation between CPMS and ID-EL-PMS is analyzed.The EL performance improvement algorithms is put forward.The theory of fuzzy graph is used to analyze consuming-time of implementing ID-EL-PMS.The improvement ways of ID-EL-PMS is presented based on the analysis of its impact factors.3.EL-PM metrics(EL-PMM) constructing process is studied based on the theory of PMM. And the direction of EL-PMM is analyzed.The advantage and disadvantage of BSC model,Delphi method and MMDC model are given after they are investigated deeply. Then EL-PM model which is named EL-BDM is presented to guide logistics managers to construct EL-PMM. The EL-PMM of KCNJ is brought forward by using EL-BDM model.4.In allusion to the key of measurement computation method(MCM),the problem and direction of MCM is presented based on the analysis of all sorts of MCMs.The 4-part combination MCM(4-CMCM) is put forward after the Delphi method, interval statistics way, the fuzzy integration measurement method and grey measurement method are analyzed deeply. 4-CMCM are used to compute KCNJ logistics performance.And the theory of veracity and consonancy is used to validate 4-CMCM.5.The system integration(SI) technology of COM/DCOM,CORBA and Java RMI is analyzed deeply after SI theory and its actuality are presented.The relation between EL-PM information system(EL-PMIS) and inner-outer IS of the enterprise is proposed.The requirements of SI for EL-PMIS is presented.Then the integration model for EL-PMIS is put forword based on web service-oriented architecture(SOA).The model is used to integrate EL-PMIS and other IS for KCNJ.6.The theory of ID-EL-PMS, EL-BDM and 4-CMCM is used to develop EL-PM prototype system (EL-PMPS).The structure,function,designing and realization of EL-PMPS are studied. In allusion to logistics prototype of KCNJ and WHRSD, the application study of EL-PMPS is implemented.And the application effect of EL-PMPS is given.
