| With the accelerated urbanization process in China,the problems of poor environment,narrow roads,unreasonable planning and inadequate infrastructure in urban villages are becoming more and more prominent.In this regard,the national "14th Five-Year Plan" outlines the goals of urban renewal: to complete the transformation of 219,000 old urban neighborhoods built before the end of 2000,to basically complete the transformation of old factories in large cities,to transform a number of large old neighborhoods,and to transform a number of urban villages according to local conditions.However,urban renewal projects in urban villages often involve compensation for housing demolition and relocation,change of land property rights and stakeholders’ games around their own interests,which are very likely to breed social problems and even trigger group incidents.Therefore,Therefore,in order to promote the healthy development of urban renewal project construction in urban villages,it is necessary to select a suitable method to identify and judge the social stability risks in the project construction process,so as to determine the social stability risk status and effectively promote the sustainable development of urban renewal projects in urban villages.Firstly,the relevant literature on social stability risk of urban renewal in urban villages is sorted out,and the relevant concepts and theoretical methods involved in this paper are explained.On this foundation,literature methodology and case study methodology are applied to recognize social stability risk assessment indicators of urban renewal projects in urban villages,and Vague set theory is used to eliminate some indicators with crossover and redundancy,and finally a system of 24 social stability risk assessment indicators of urban renewal projects in urban villages in 6 categories is constructed.Secondly,the social stability risk evaluation model of urban renewal projects in urban villages with Vague set ranking value-entropy weight method combined assignment and cloud model is constructed.Firstly,the weights calculated by the Vague set ranking value method and entropy weight method respectively are combined in a linear combination,so as to calculate the combined weights.Then the relevant theories of the cloud model are sorted out,so as to construct the cloud model evaluation method and ascertain the global society stabilization risk of urban renewal projects in urban villages and the risk level distribution of each evaluation index through the evaluation cloud map comparison and the cloud acquaintance normalization process.Finally,the social stability risks of WHC-01 urban renewal project in urban villages are evaluated.The weights of the six categories of first-level indicators can be assigned by the combination of indicators as social environment and public opinion risk(0.215),economic impact risk(0.194),project planning and construction risk(0.155),policy system risk(0.153),demolition and resettlement risk(0.149),and ecological environment risk(0.134).By calculating the cloud parameters of each index through the cloud model theory,drawing the evaluation cloud comparison chart,calculating the cloud similarity and subordination,according to the principle of maximum subordination,it is known that: in the social stability risk category of WHC-01 urban renewal project,"policy system risk","economic impact risk and "social environment and public opinion risk" belong to "low risk",while "demolition and resettlement risk" and "project planning and construction risk" belong to "low risk".The"project planning and construction risk" and "ecological and environmental risk" belong to"medium risk" status.And the overall social stability risk status of the project is "low risk".Finally,according to the cloud similarity and affiliation calculation results of the secondary indicators,the prevention and control measures are proposed for the indicators above"moderate risk".In this paper,the social stability risk assessment model of WHC-01 urban village renewal project based on Vague set ranking value-entropy weight method combined weighting and cloud model has certain feasibility and applicability,and provides reference for the social stability risk research of such projects to a certain extent. |
