Dietary nutrition is an important component of human health assurance.Good nutrition management plays an important role in disease prevention,consolidation of treatment effect and disease prevention.On the one hand,the national demand for nutrition and health has been increasing,but the domestic nutrition and health industry started late,and the penetration rate of nutrition knowledge is not as high as that of developed countries,and there have been many problems in the way of daily nutrition management.On the other hand,Chinese medicine,which is rooted in the long history of Chinese culture,has profound practical research on the dietary and nutritional health of human body.Based on the user needs,study explored how the traditional Chinese medicine culture fits the current lifestyle,explore the new model of daily nutrition management from macro to micro units from hospitals,communities and families,form a Chinese medicine nutrition product service system,improve the daily nutrition management efficiency of families and enhance the user experience.management efficiency and enhance user experience.This study is based on the nudge theory to design research and practice,based on literature research and desktop research method to clarify the research line,based on the nudging strategies to develop research plans and demand insights.The research part can be divided into the following four parts.(1)Include demographic analysis research of the decision user population,conducting questionnaires and desktop research to summarize the demographic information of the target user group,middle-aged people in citieswith a high level of economy.(2)Based on AEIOU and observation method,study conducted research and analysis of the environment of the hospital and community health service stations to facilitate decision making.(3)Using questionnaires,Likert scale and users’ interviews to analyze users’ behavioral motivations,and summarize the key decision options of users in the current home environment.(4)Study of users’ decision process paths from in-home observation as well as simulated task tracking methods.According to the above research on the nudging strategies that should be influenced by nudge,the same five influential decision factors of nudging are used as the basis outline to sort out the above user research information,insight to condense the design opportunity points and keywords,and the design strategy for the design keywords combined with the six elements of nudging output research.Finally,around the above design strategy output Chinese medicine nutrition product service system design practice.Strategies roughly contains internal and external motivation strategy,nutrition management indexed data to help understand the trade-offs;nutrition push superior display strategy;default collocation and subscription system strategy,emotional fun feedback strategy,fault tolerance strategy,etc.The study is based on the design strategies to practice and design a nutritional product service system based on smart refrigerator with cell phone app The integration of the nudge theory makes the information transmission of the whole product service system clearer,helps users to make decisions,makes the user’s operation behavior closer to the designer’s idea,provides a new design idea reference for the product service design research,and also provides some practical experience value through this design research into practice.
