The Design Of The Injection Drug System In Chinese Traditional Medicine Dispensing Equipment

With the development of era and the continuous progress of science and technology, traditional Chinese medicine has been changing. This new medicine of TCM formula granule has got rapid development because there has the advantages of not decocting, adapting to the fast pace of modern life, less dosage, easy to adjust and convenient to carry.Traditional Chinese medicine compounding uses the traditional dispensing mode of “Shou zhua deng cheng”. This way has many disadvantages, such as weighing not exactly, uneven, low efficiency and so on. How to improve the efficiency and quality of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing, has become the key of development of traditional Chinese medicine. In 2008 the Beijing Hollysys had designed MD6100 Chinese medicine dispensing equipment, which had achieved TCM formula granule automatic dispensing. But the device in the dispensing speed and accuracy, the cross contamination and other important performance has still shortcomings.New Chinese medicine granular dispensing equipment designed in this paper can complete the drug identification, weighing, measuring and other movements, according to the dosage from a doctor or patient who needs to eat. I have developed the quantitative dispensing medicine bottle cap, to complete the drug injection drug action, which takes medicine with high accuracy. It solves cross contamination problems through each type of traditional Chinese medicine supporting a bottle cap. It improves the regulating speed through two medicine bottles and medicine plate to run in parallel, which two medicine bottle caps at the same time take medicine and injection medicine. During the process of taking medicine, the plate fixes position accurately. The exception handing mechanism has improved the equipment reliability and flexibility, which has wide application prospects.The equipment of injection drug delivery system uses TMS320LF2407 as the core controller. CPLD EPM1270 is used to complete the SRAM decoding and FIFO serial port expansion work. The four stepper motors control to complete the medicine wheel rotation, forward and backward, the action of bottle taking and injecting medicine by the step motor subdivision drivers. The system uses barcode interface to complete drug identification, then determines the amount of the medicine taking. It obtains the state of optical coupling switch, mechanical switch through the IO interface, to complete the judgment of the injection mechanism position. The injection system and main control system communicate by CAN bus to complete the coordinated control of the injection mechanism.
