| Virtual architecture has been interdependent with traditional architecture Since the birth of architecture.with the development of computer technology,"virtual space" has become a new form of space in the field of modern urban and traditional architecture,traditional architecture for the discussion of architectural "virtuality" has gradually become a new research hotspot.At present,the industrial form of virtual and real combination has not yet been popularized,open world games have become the most important form of presentation of virtual space,open world games provide great expandable space and superior experimental scenes for the development of virtual architecture.As a systematic urban design theory,Kevin Lynch’s urban image theory has pioneered the study of urban space cognition,and has certain universality.The article summarizes the development process of open world virtual space into three stages: enlightenment,development,and maturity,which helps to interpret the virtual intention of open world games more clearly.During the Enlightenment period,open world games simulated various real-life environments and scenes,with clear intentions for "landmarks" and "roads" elements.During the development period,the imagery characteristics of "channels","nodes",and "boundaries" emerged,with diverse and rich imagery.In the mature stage,the imagery structure was perfect,and readability reached its peak.Research has shown that people’s cognitive methods and levels in game virtual environments are similar to those of urban residents,and they also generate public "map imagery".The development of game intention systems is positively correlated with overall recognition,confirming the feasibility of applying the principle of urban imagery to open world game virtual spaces.Through dynamic development research and static composite analysis of the three stages of open world games,identifying the development characteristics and laws of virtual intentions in open world games can help to obtain a method that adapts to the creation of virtual intentions in modern open world games.The optimization strategy for image models is proposed from three aspects: clarifying and strengthening the characteristics of each image element,emphasizing the structural optimization of element relationships and hierarchical sequences,and paying attention to the dynamic maintenance of multiculturalism.This has certain reference significance for guiding the construction of virtual spaces in open world games.Research and discussion on the interdisciplinary intersection of architecture and games will be conducted through virtual feedback on reality.Starting with design thinking,this paper deconstructs the construction methods and characteristics of game virtual space,analyzes the advantages of game map construction mechanism applied to urban design,attempts to integrate the non-linear game and place guided design thinking into urban design,and analyzes the feasibility of the design mode of commercial street shape guided by reactionary line and people flow with humanism as the core to radiate new urbanism. |
