Research On The Digital Integration Design Of Rural Left-Behind Elderly Groups From The Perspective Of Service Design

Under the dual era of digitalization and aging,the rural left-behind elderly group,as a vulnerable group in the digital society,has increasingly attracted the attention of all sectors of society.The rural left-behind elderly have long been separated from their children and other descendants,and the occurrence of family digital feedback is concentrated on holidays and is usually unstable,resulting in difficulties in access,use and culture in the process of contacting smart products,and cannot enjoy the convenience brought by smart technology.Starting from the concepts of digital integration and service design,this project attempts to construct a path for digital integration of the elderly in rural areas based on the theoretical model of the impact mechanism of digital integration of the elderly and combined with the principles and methods of service design.In the service analysis stage,the service models of rural left-behind elderly groups at different stages of digital integration were summarized,and the pain points and opportunity points of the target group to integrate into the digital society were analyzed.In the user research stage,in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys are used to summarize the needs of target groups,derive service design strategies,and output service design positioning;In the service design stage,in view of the key problems such as the lag of family digital feeding and the lack of access to intelligent technology for rural left-behind elderly groups,a digital integration service system for rural left-behind elderly groups is constructed,and a service prototype is established.This project explores the application of service design in the process of digital integration of rural left-behind elderly groups.Through a series of service contents such as family and friend binding,information exchange,digital riders,and rural information,the digital integration service design of rural left-behind elderly groups breaks the space limitation of family digital feedback,greatly reduces the communication cost and learning cost of rural left-behind elderly groups to integrate into the digital society,and further improves the attention of the whole society to rural left-behind elderly groups.
