Research On The Path And Effect Of Enterprise Digital Transformation From The Perspective Of Business Collaboration

In the era of digital economy,the development of digital technologies has promoted the digital transformation of enterprises and provided opportunities for high-quality development of enterprises.Digital transformation is the key to realizing enterprise business collaboration.Enterprises can integrate and coordinate their business through big data,artificial intelligence and other digital technologies,improve their operation efficiency,improve business performance,and achieve high-quality development of enterprises.As the forerunner and explorer of digital transformation of Chinese electric power industry,State Grid can provide important reference for digital transformation of manufacturing and industrial enterprises by further study on its path and effect.By reviewing the domestic and foreign literature on business collaboration and digital transformation,this paper determines the concept of business collaboration and digital transformation,and summarizes the general motivation,transformation dilemma and transformation implementation path of digital transformation.Secondly,the case company State Grid is introduced,including its business scope,business structure,etc.From the perspective of business collaboration,from the implementation path of national grid digital transformation,the digital transformation case of national grid is analyzed.Firstly,the practical measures for the digital transformation of the State Grid are classified from the digitization of production,operation and customer service.Then,EVA momentum analysis,factor analysis and entropy weight method are used to analyze the impact of the digital transformation of the State Grid on the business process and performance of the enterprise.It is suggested that the State Grid make better use of digital technology to create value and increase revenue.At the same time,enhance business collaboration ability to achieve all-round quality and efficiency improvement.Through the above analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:enterprises can realize business collaboration through the implementation of digital transformation;The digital transformation of enterprises will bring positive impact on the performance of enterprises;The longer enterprises implement digital transformation,the greater the positive impact.Finally,it summarizes the enlightenment brought by the digital transformation practice of State Grid from the perspective of business collaboration,that is,digital transformation is the only way to achieve high-quality development,the realization of business collaboration needs to improve the strategic design,and the implementation of enterprise digital transformation needs to introduce professional talents.This case is helpful to realize business collaboration of enterprises,and provides certain reference for other enterprises to implement digital transformation.
