| Inventory management in the process of enterprise production and operation plays a very important role,a high level of inventory management can revitalize the enterprise capital,accelerate the capital flow,make the enterprise under the condition of limited resources,and low level of inventory management not only takes up the enterprise capital,even cause enterprise delay production and operation situation.Since the beginning of the epidemic,railway enterprises have been faced with the severe challenge of a significant reduction in transportation income.Reducing costs and improving quality and efficiency have become an important business task for railway enterprises.However,for a long time,inventory management has not been paid great attention by railway enterprises,and there are many problems such as inventory occupation of sluggish materials and strong subjectivity of planned procurement.Based on this,this article selects XZ locomotive depot of railway transportation enterprise as the research object and puts forward optimization suggestions for its inventory management.First of all,by reading a large number of literature,the advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions of different current inventory management methods are summarized.Secondly,the establishment,staffing and inventory management of XZ locomotive depot are introduced in detail,and the deficiencies and causes of XZ locomotive depot inventory management are sorted out according to the actual work,and the VMI inventory management method is selected to optimize the enterprise inventory management according to the enterprise’s own conditions.Later,the specific content of the optimization scheme is introduced,including the use of hierarchical analysis method to improve the inventory classification results,the enterprise information construction and how to manage suppliers,and the establishment of long-term and stable cooperative relationship.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the program,this thesis also formulated safeguard measures from the aspects of personnel organization adjustment,system rules improvement,confidentiality measures,management attention and personnel training,so as to adapt to the changes of inventory management methods.Finally,the whole thesis is summarized,and the deficiencies and prospects in the research process are mentioned together.The whole thesis to the current supply chain inventory management theory and scholars at home and abroad as a guide,choose XZ depot as a specific case study,mainly has the following innovation: 1.The research object,few scholars to the railway transportation enterprise inventory management status as a research object,so this thesis provides a reference for the railway transportation enterprise inventory management.2.In terms of research methods,this thesis introduces the theory of hierarchical analysis method to the inventory classification,so as to avoid the problems that the traditional ABC classification method is not fully considered,and the results are unscientific.In addition,keeping pace with The Times,applying big data technology to inventory management,making the optimization scheme easier to implement. |
