| With the rapid development of economy,the demand for automobile is increasing in our country,and the demand for components of automobile is also increasing.Under the background of economic globalization,automobile industry is the pillar industry of developing economy in our country.Competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce and intense.The scientific and reasonable control of enterprise inventory can improve the market competitiveness and industry position of the company to a certain extent.Therefore,if many manufacturing enterprises want to change the difficult situation,they must optimize the inventory management,start with the management process and determine the appropriate inventory quantity,so that the cost of the enterprise will be reduced and the profit will be raised.L This paper expounds the relevant theories of inventory management,discusses the characteristics and present situation of manufacturing enterprises,and analyzes the present situation and problems of inventory management by combining theoretical knowledge with the example of Y Company,an automobile parts manufacturing enterprise.The optimization scheme and measures of Y company’s raw material inventory management are designed under the supply chain environment,which also provide practical significance for manufacturing industry’s inventory management.The first chapter introduces the background,significance and research methods of this paper.The second chapter describes the related theories,including the concept of inventory,the theory of inventory management,the theory of inventory control and the methods of raw material inventory management in supply chain.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of raw material inventory management in Y enterprise,introduces the business situation,organization structure and the tools of raw material inventory control.Chapter four discusses the three problems in inventory management of Y enterprise.The fifth and sixth are the key chapters of the paper,mainly based on the supply chain environment Y enterprise.According to the actual situation of Y enterprise,the optimization scheme and other improvement measures of raw material inventory management are mainly designed MILK RUN scheme(JIT)and VMI scheme,in addition,other improvement measures are put forward in view of the above problems.Finally,the conclusion and deficiency of this paper are summarized,and the future research is prospected.In this paper,the current situation and problems of raw material inventory management in Y Company are discussed,and the solutions and measures of optimizing inventory management are put forward to reduce inventory cost and enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. |
