| Natural gas,as a clean energy source,plays an indispensable and important role in China’s economic development.Gas is one of the important public infrastructure.With the continuous development of modern economy and society,urban gas has become one of the important products in production and life,and it is widely used in people’s daily lives.In this context,how to further strengthen relevant safety supervision work has always been a key and difficult point in management,as urban gas is widely used and safety supervision involves multiple aspects,requiring effective safety supervision measures to be developed from different levels.In order to comprehensively prevent and control the occurrence of various unsafe issues,avoid accidents as much as possible,ensure the basic order of enterprises,and shape a more harmonious urban environment,the requirements for government safety supervision are constantly increasing.This article first elaborates on the relevant basic theories applicable to urban gas safety supervision,and combines specific gas accident case analysis to explain the necessity of urban gas safety supervision,analyzing and judging the basic elements of safety supervision;Then,starting from the current development status of China’s urban natural gas industry and the construction of a safety supervision system,this thesis elaborates on the current situation and highlights of urban gas safety supervision in Qingjiangpu District,and analyzes the key issues in urban gas safety supervision in Qingjiangpu District.Finally,specific solutions and countermeasures were elaborated on how to improve the level of urban gas safety supervision in Qingjiangpu District.Specific suggestions were put forward from improving local regulations,building a clear safety supervision network,focusing on cracking down on illegal cross regional gas operations,strengthening professional knowledge storage,optimizing the construction of law enforcement teams,and innovating work methods. |
