Research On The Protection And Reuse Of Xuzhou Railway Heritage Based On Value Interpretation

In recent years,as China’s economy has entered the "new normal",cities have begun to shift from incremental expansion to inventory exploitation.A large number of industrial heritage is the stock resources of urban development.As an important branch of industrial heritage,railway heritage has received unprecedented attention.How to realize the harmonious symbiosis between railway heritage protection and rapid urban development has also become an important content in the field of industrial heritage research.Since ancient times,Xuzhou has been known as the "thoroughfare of five provinces" because of its advantageous geographical location.Since modern times,the intersection of Jinpu and Longhai railway in Xuzhou.These two railway arteries which run through the north and west parts of our country,which greatly promoted the social and economic development of Xuzhou area.With the advent of the high-speed railway era,the railway has been upgraded,and the Xuzhou area has produced a rich railway heritage.Based on the interpretation of the value of railway heritage,this thesis discusses the renewal strategy of Xuzhou railway heritage protection and reuse on the basis of excavating the value of Xuzhou railway heritage,in order to achieve the purpose of excavating the multiple value of Xuzhou railway heritage and helping to realize the sustainable development of Xuzhou railway heritage.This thesis mainly carries out relevant research on Xuzhou railway heritage from the following four aspects.First of all,the related historical research of Xuzhou railway heritage.This thesis starts from two aspects: the historical development of Xuzhou railway and its influence after construction.Using the method of historical tracing,this thesis sorts out the historical changes of the Jinpu Railway and Longhai Railway from the proposal,determination,contract signing and concrete construction,and analyzes the influence of the construction of the Jinpu Railway and Longhai Railway on Xuzhou area in four aspects: traffic,economy,regionalization and society through related ICONS and data.Secondly,this thesis determines the research object by analyzing historical data,takes the stations along the railway as the research center and radiates outward,carries out field research on the environment along the railway in Xuzhou and nearly 40 railway heritages,and summarizes three main states of the current situation of Xuzhou railway heritages and three main problems in the process of protection and utilization of railway heritages.Thirdly,starting from the definition of value and the logic of the generation of heritage value,combined with the evaluation and classification of heritage value in major documents at home and abroad,the thesis puts forward the value of Xuzhou railway heritage in six aspects of history,science and technology,art,society,emotion and economy,and expounds the value in detail on the basis of the above.Finally,this thesis selects typical cases of railway heritage renewal at home and abroad for analysis,and puts forward the objectives and principles of Xuzhou railway heritage protection and reuse.After thinking and determining the theme and main content of Xuzhou railway heritage value interpretation,the overall renewal strategy of Xuzhou railway heritage protection and reuse is formulated.At the same time,combining with the analysis of the status quo of railway heritage and the future planning of Xuzhou city,the Jinpu Railway Liuquan Station is selected for reconstruction and design practice.In the whole research process,based on the value interpretation of Xuzhou railway heritage,in the case of detailed understanding of the past and present lives of Xuzhou railway heritage,the protection and reuse of its in-depth discussion and practice,hoping to provide a certain reference for the future study of railway heritage.
