As a special vehicle,fire trucks shoulder important responsibilities in our daily life to ensure the safety of life and property.In recent years,with the great improvement of fire truck performance in technological innovation,the exterior styling design research of fire trucks has gradually gained attention,and fire trucks with superior performance and pleasant appearance have become a new research and development goal of today’s fire truck manufacturers.At this stage,there is relatively little research on the shape design of fire trucks,and the modeling design of fire trucks lacks the guidance of design theory,so it is necessary to improve the overall aesthetics of fire trucks and improve their design efficiency through style research and parametric design.The research work of this thesis is carried out from the following parts,the first part,through the literature research method to explain the parametric design theory,advantages,research methods and design process,then summarize and study the product style research method,style constraint product design and vehicle styling design process,and finally discuss the feasibility of the integration of style and parametric modeling design in different dimensions.In the second part,the basic layout and morphological characteristics of the rear tail box of the fire truck are analyzed and deconstructed,and secondly,the core style descriptors that can represent the research carrier are screened and refined by multi-dimensional scale analysis method design experiments,and then the typical feature elements of the rear tail box of the fire truck are split and labeled on this basis,and the mapping relationship between the core style description and the typical modeling feature elements is further studied under the guidance of perceptual engineering theory.In the third part,based on the mapping relationship of the second part,the shape,proportion and layout analysis of the geometric relationship of the modeling elements of each part of the rear tail box of the fire truck represented by each type of style is analyzed,and then the shape modeling size range under the style constraint is defined by the parametric software Grasshopper platform,and finally the operation module and bioshape logic in the GH software are used to build a modeling visualization program system for the rear tail box of the fire truck under the guidance of each type of core style.The modeling parametric morphological design method based on style constraint is summarized.In the fourth part,the parametric scheme design practice is carried out by taking the rear tail box of the actual brand fire truck as a case,first the style positioning is carried out according to the relevant task requirements of the manufacturer,and then the parametric modeling and fine-tuning is done according to the actual size requirements of the brand fire truck;Then,according to the style positioning,the rear tail box form is parametrically conceptualized,conceptual design and iteration of the rear tail box form are carried out according to the style positioning until the best design scheme is output;Finally,the target weight mechanism and style feature scale are used to verify and evaluate the design of the above final conceptual scheme and the corresponding style,and the parametric design method is proved to be effective and practical by recording the evaluation results.The overall research ideas and contents of this thesis provide a certain method reference and reference for the research and design practice of fire truck modeling design.There are 77 pictures,22 tables and 127 references. |
