maintenance and safety management of rural roads and promote the integrated construction of supporting facilities,industrial parks,tourist attraction and key rural tourism villages along the line.The document also emphasizes the need to cultivate new industries and formats in rural areas,and implement high-quality projects for rural leisure tourism.At present,the cultural and tourism industry has become the focus of development in the context of economic recovery,and rural tourism has also become an important lever to promote rural revitalization.The integration of rural tourism and transportation has become a new trend in tourism development,with diverse development models such as "internet celebrity highways" and "rural cycling" gradually replacing the traditional single tourism development model.In this context,the overall planning and design research on the landscape construction of rural tourism roads in the Jinniugu area of Jiangning District,Nanjing can drive the construction of rural transportation and tourism infrastructure,achieve the integrated development of transportation and tourism,meet the relevant policy requirements of national rural revitalization,and have a positive impact on the rapid heating up of rural tourism formats and driving economic recovery.This article takes the integration of transportation and tourism as the perspective,conducts literature review,domestic and foreign case analysis,and comparative summary of rural tourism highway landscape design.It proposes planning strategies from the perspective of transportation and tourism integration,in order to construct a systematic and scientific rural tourism highway landscape design planning system.The introduction section of Chapter 1 elaborates on the research background,purpose,and significance of rural tourism highway landscape design from the perspective of transportation and tourism integration.It summarizes the current research status of tourism highway landscape design at home and abroad,proposes research methods and frameworks,and introduces the research innovation points of tourism highway landscape under the background of transportation and tourism integration;Chapter 2analyzes the relevant concepts and theories of transportation and tourism integration,summarizes concepts such as "transportation and tourism integration" and "fast forward roaming",defines theories such as "highway aesthetics" and "highway landscape",and summarizes the design elements of excellent domestic and foreign tourism highway landscapes from the perspective of transportation and tourism integration by studying sustainable ecotourism and highway landscape design cases that showcase the charm of local customs;Chapter 3 takes the research value of rural tourism road landscape under the background of transportation and tourism integration as the starting point,exploring how to leverage the integration,demand,and systematicity of rural tourism road landscape,in order to achieve synergistic coexistence between transportation and tourism through the boundary synergy of landscape design,promote diversified construction of tourism development,promote the renewal of rural business formats,and improve the construction of rural tourism brands;Chapter 4 summarizes the investigation and research on the current situation of rural road landscape in Jinniu Valley,analyzes it from the aspects of traffic flow,plant landscape,and agricultural current situation,and proposes a design strategy for optimizing traffic flow mode,enhancing landscape integration,improving tourism infrastructure,and updating spatial structure of rural tourism road landscape in Jinniu Valley;Guided by the previous theoretical and methodological research,Chapter 5Design Practice focuses on the landscape design of tourism roads in the Jinniu Valley area.By planning the overall plan,optimizing traffic flow,enhancing landscape integration,and improving service experience,practical design is carried out to achieve the integrated development of rural tourism road landscape in Jinniu Valley.It is hoped that through this study,a universally applicable tourism road design concept can be constructed,A landscape design method with localized rural characteristics.Tourist highways are an important carrier for the integrated development of transportation and tourism,constantly endowed with new epochal significance.They have gradually developed from a single transportation road to a composite space that integrates landscape,tourism,and transportation,promoting the enhancement of highway landscape value,enriching cultural tourism experiences,and optimizing ecological construction along the highway.High quality tourist roads pay attention to the integration of safety,artistry,ecology and culture.They can show the local culture,restore the ecological value along the road,and promote the
