The Rural Tourism Landscape Of Zhoucun In Jinniu Valley,Nanjing Under The Background Of Sixin Actions

The report of the 20 th Party Congress points out that it is necessary to comprehensively promote the revitalization of the countryside,adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,adhere to the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and smooth the flow of urban and rural elements.Rural development in the new era is a particularly important component of socialist modernization.The current rural construction still faces the realities of single industrial resources,serious shortage of rural professional and technical talents,weak infrastructure,etc.The ecological environment still needs to be improved,and the overall organization of the countryside still needs further coordination.In this context,the country has put forward a series of policies leading to rural revitalization,beautiful countryside and other requirements for rural construction.As a way to explore rural construction,rural tourism landscape construction has achieved initial results under the guidance of rural revitalization and beautiful countryside policies,which is of great significance to enrich the planning and construction connotation of rural landscape,promote the social and economic development of rural areas,enhance the livable ecological environment of rural areas and optimize the function of public service infrastructure.In 2020,the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government proposed the " Si Xin Action" policy,which provides detailed guidance for the city’s socio-economic development in terms of infrastructure,consumption,industry and overall.Under the guidance of Nanjing’s " Si Xin Action" policy,this study is based on Nanjing Jinniugu Zhoucun,based on the background of rural revitalization development strategy,and carried out through relevant data collection,field research and case study.Firstly,this paper analyzes and composes the concepts and theories related to rural tourism landscape,conducts field research,distributes questionnaires and analyzes data in Nanjing Jinniugu Zhoucun,and combines the excellent practice cases at home and abroad to compare the "new infrastructure","new industry","new tourism" and "new tourism" with the " Si Xin Action".New Industry "," New Consumption " and " New City " in the " Si Xin Action ",the rural planning and design issues were sorted,classified and summarized,industry,ecology and infrastructure",and propose corresponding design principles and design objectives for rural tourism landscape planning and design;finally,taking "new" as the overall entry point,propose "rural renewal" from the perspective of Finally,the planning and design strategy of Nanjing Jinniu Valley Zhoucun rural tourism landscape is proposed from the perspective of "rural renewal",and the planning and design is carried out in four aspects.In the aspect of "new infrastructure",the overall appearance of the village is improved through the construction of architectural renewal and intelligent infrastructure.In the aspect of "new consumption",the regional consumption engine is built through cultural integration and brand building.In terms of "new industry",we will create a differentiated rural industry by linking the surrounding tourism resources and cultural creation + Internet.In the aspect of "new city",we synchronize the pace of urban development through multi-participation and diversified development.We will also use this to guide our landscape design practice.The tourism landscape planning of the countryside needs a comprehensive and balanced development,and this study looks at "new infrastructure","new consumption","new industry" and "new city " This study provides guidance on the rural tourism planning of Nanjing Jinniugu Zhoucun in four directions,and proposes specific requirements for rural construction in conjunction with the overall development goals of Nanjing.It helps to solidly promote the construction of beautiful Nanjing and promote the ecological and sustainable development of the countryside;follows Nanjing’s goal of optimizing the spatial pattern of the city and improves the overall appearance of the countryside;responds to Nanjing’s goal of expanding effective demand and stimulates the consumption potential of the countryside;looks to Nanjing’s goal of building industrial clusters and improves the countryside industrial chain.The study will promote the revitalization of the countryside,contribute to the comprehensive construction of the rural tourism landscape,and contribute to the future development of Nanjing.Through this study,it is hoped that the " Si Xin Action" policy can be used as an entry point to provide new ideas and methods for the construction of local rural tourism landscape in the context of rural revitalization strategy.
