Human production and life are constantly reshaped by convenient,efficient and intelligent digital technology.Information tends to exist in a digital way,more and more data are stored,information is more convenient and reproducible,information acquisition and understanding are instantaneous,dynamic data become entropy and orderly.Digital technology changes many aspects of economy,society,science and technology and culture.At the macro national level,it includes the "14th Five-Year Plan for Digital Economy Development","Notice on Conducting pilot work of Financial Support for the Digital transformation of small and medium-sized Enterprises","Notice on Accelerating the digital transformation of State-owned Enterprises",etc.,aiming at optimizing and upgrading digital infrastructure,giving full play to the role of data factors,and vigorously promoting industrial digital transformation.We will accelerate digital industrialization,continue to improve the digitalization of public services,improve the governance system for the digital economy,and strengthen the security system for the digital economy.This study focuses on the supply chain cost management of manufacturing enterprises in the digital age,takes BYD Company as an example,analyzes the composition of its supply chain,cost management methods and the current situation of digital transformation,and deeply analyzes the practical problems of the company’s supply chain cost management.On this basis,the basic framework of digital transformation on supply chain cost management is constructed,and the effect of digital transformation on supply chain cost management is tested,and some suggestions and prospects are put forward.Specifically,this paper is divided into the following six parts:the first two chapters introduce the research background,significance,methods,content,innovation and difficulties,summarize and collate the theoretical research progress of supply chain cost management and value chain at home and abroad,and explain the concepts of digitalization,cost management,supply chain and so on,so as to do a good job in literature analysis and guidance for the development of specific research.The third part combined with the development of manufacturing industry,analyzed the historical process and current situation of BYD enterprises,combined with the digital concept from the general situation of enterprises to the supply chain cost management,analyzed the existing problems,and grasped the digital opportunities to find the optimal supply chain scheme.Starting from the aspects of BYD supply chain process and institutional system construction,cost analysis was carried out,possible optimization methods were proposed,and the impact of digitalization on supply chain management was analyzed.In-depth analysis of the manufacturing supply chain problems from the upstream,internal,downstream aspects of the supply chain,to find the problems to find the reasons.In the fourth part,the value chain of BYD cost management is constructed,and some key elements are assumed and conceived.The fifth part evaluates the cost management effect of BYD’s internal and external value chains,and uses data and indicators to show the cost reduction and efficiency improvement brought by digital transformation.Finally,the main conclusions of the study are summarized,and relevant suggestions and prospects are put forward. |
