| With the further promotion of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,the rapid development of Chinese manufacturing industry and the fierce competition among enterprises are increasingly prominent,and the continuous reduction of cost becomes an important part in the maximization of enterprise benefits.The level of enterprise inventory management has a direct impact on the level of enterprise operating costs,but also directly determines the stability of the enterprise in its supply chain.Enterprise internal supply chain is the reduction of supply chain links,its operation mode and the degree of mutual cooperation play a vital role in the integration of enterprise internal supply chain.As an auto parts supplier,S Company is in the upstream of the supply chain of the auto industry.However,compared with other enterprises in the supply chain,S Company does not form an effective whole.Each manufacturing unit and management department lacks effective logistics and information flow management in the internal supply chain of the company,and the efficiency of information transmission is not high.In actual operation,the dynamics of its internal supply chain is not considered enough,and it cannot give timely feedback to external changes.At the same time,the internal supply chain contains a lot of units,and the mutual relationship between each unit is relatively complex,and there are many elements in one unit,with a high degree of complexity.These characteristics all lead to the low efficiency of the overall production and operation of S Company,the information asymmetry in the internal supply chain is mapped to the production and inventory,and the phenomenon of high inventory and frequent material waiting repeatedly occurs,which ultimately affects the on-time delivery activities and fails to give play to the due advantages of the internal supply chain.In order to solve the problems in the operation of S Company,combined with the current situation of the company’s operation and the research status of system dynamics in the supply chain,the system dynamics method is selected to build the system dynamics model of the internal supply chain of S Company.Firstly,the organizational structure and operation process of S Company are described and analyzed,the operation mechanism of the internal supply chain of S company is revealed,and the characteristics of its structure and operation process are analyzed.Based on the system dynamics and characteristics and the characteristics of the internal supply chain of S company,the feasibility of the system dynamics method in the study of the internal supply chain of S company is explained.Secondly,the internal supply chain system dynamics model of S Company is constructed.Define the modeling purpose,model boundary and model hypothesis of the internal supply chain system dynamics model of S Company,conduct causal loop induction and analysis based on the real system,establish the inventory control flow diagram of the internal supply chain,establish the model equation,obtain the value of each variable through the analysis of the actual production operation state,complete the model structure and consistency test and extreme condition test.The validity of the model is verified.Then,the model operation effect under the current operation state is simulated and analyzed,the demand and inventory changes of each node of the internal supply chain are analyzed,the expected warehousing rate and the actual warehousing rate of semifinished products are compared and analyzed,and the inventory changes under the current operation state are summarized.Each controllable decision variable in the model is changed successively to analyze the response of the enterprise at all levels,and the sensitivity analysis is carried out according to the changes in demand,production and inventory of each link.Finally,based on the current scheme and the analysis results of changing controllable decision variables,the parameters and structure of the internal supply chain of S Company were optimized,and the relatively sensitive finished product inventory adjustment time,customer demand smoothing time and the average production delay time of manufacturing unit 1 were used as optimization methods to make more accurate and timely changes to the model.Through simulation,the implementation effect of the optimization scheme is obtained,and the fluctuation of inventory is stable.Back to the actual operation mechanism of the internal supply chain of S Company,the improvement strategy of the internal supply chain of S Company is obtained from four aspects: inventory management mechanism,material utilization and production delay time,information transmission on the internal supply chain and sustainable development of the enterprise,so as to make the inventory change more stable.There are 31 pictures,7 tables and 96 references in this thesis. |
