Research On The Inventory Cooperation In Cluster Supply Chain Based On System Dynamics

With the ever increasing globalization process and deepening international division of labor, industry clusters has become a global economic phenomenon. Local industrial cluster is not only the basic spatial structure constitution of the world economy, but also is the competitiveness of a country or region. Cluster supply chain is an organizational type of combining industrial cluster with supply chain, which is a new filed of supply chain research. As an important and hot issue, inventory issue is also significant for the cluster supply chain.Based on prior literature, the paper explored the construction model of cluster supply chain cooperation relation from the aspect of competitive and cooperative relationship. Focusing on inventory cooperation problems of cluster supply chain, the paper concerns on the following problems:1. The paper illustrates the definition and development of cluster supply chain, comparing to the traditional supply chain, and analyzes the main features of cluster supply chain.2. Based on competitive-cooperative mechanism, the paper discusses the competitive and cooperative relationship between the members under cluster supply chain by game analysis, and explores the construction model of cluster supply chain cooperation relation. Also the paper illustrates the inventory collaboration model.3. The paper builds and extends a three-stage inventory control model which contains "Supplier-manufacturing-distribution", and according to the different cooperation strategies, it builds an inventory cooperation mode system dynamics model based on two single chains.4. According to the built model, the paper discusses several cross-chain inventory cooperation strategies involved:one-pipeline inventory replenishment and dual-pipeline inventory complementary between the same value chains in cluster supply chain, inventory cooperation whether the delay in, cross-complementary between the different value chains in cluster supply chain. Through simulation of these strategies in multi-cycle based on system dynamics, the paper comparative analyzes the impact of cluster supply chain by the different strategies.The paper does a series of research work and aiming to explore the construction mode of cluster supply chain cooperation relationship and the inventory cooperation issue, and advances to provide theoretical value for the research on cluster supply chain.
