| In the past two years,the local cultural and tourism industry has been greatly affected as for the epidemic,but the demand of people longing for a better life and for cultural tourism are growing.On the premise that the epidemic situation has been effectively controlled,people’s enthusiasm for travel has gradually begun to release.The Xuzhou Garden Expo has become a desirable place for the people of Xuzhou and surrounding cities because it is a large-scale cultural and tourism project integrating culture and exhibition,with it is about to operate,various risk factors will be raised,for example,how to accurately grasp the risk category of the project,how to scientifically evaluate the risk level and how to realize the effective control of the project risk are related to the success of the Xuzhou Garden Expo.And also it is to make practical preparations for resolving major risks.The research constructs the research framework of the risk management theory of the Expo in Xuzhou,which based on the relevant theories of risk management,the project risk management of the Expo and the theoretical research on the risk management in the project operation stage,with comprehensively using a variety of risk identification methods,such as investigation,expert questionnaire,analytic hierarchy process,etc.,to identify the possible multiple risks in the process of project operation.The overall operation stage of the project can be divided into trial operation stage,Expo stage and normalized operation stage operation stage.Different operation stages cover different risk categories,and then AHP is used to evaluate various risks.The overall risk probability in the trial operation stage is 0.162,and the risk is general,including policy risk,environmental risk,engineering risk,logistics support risk,economic risk and management risk.The engineering risk is at the "high risk" level and the environmental risk is at the "medium risk" level;The overall risk probability in the Expo operation stage is 0.751,with the highest risk,including policy risk,environmental risk,logistics support risk,economic risk,management risk and security risk.Among them,security risk,environmental risk,logistics support risk and management risk are at the "high risk" level,and economic risk and policy risk are at the "medium risk" level;The risk probability in the normalized operation stage is0.087,with the lowest risk,including engineering risk,logistics support risk,economic risk and management risk,of which the economic risk and management risk are at the "moderate risk".In general,we should focus on "high risk" in project risk management,pay attention to "medium risk",and lower attention to "mild risk".Finally,this study puts forward the countermeasures that should be taken for specific risk types according to the evaluation indicators of project risk.In addition,risk guarantee measures should be implemented to guarantee the risk management from three aspects: continuously outputting risk awareness,timely adjusting control deviation and improving the risk emergency system,so as to continuously deal with the discovered and undiscovered risk factors,provide project operation decision support and a system framework for risk management of similar projects.This thesis has 9 figures,23 tables and 107 references in total. |
