Research On The Development Evolution And Design Guidance And Control Of Folk Houses In Western Shandong From The Perspective Of Livability

As the "west gate" of Shandong,the western region of Shandong has a plain terrain,dense population,and abundant resources.It carries the traditional farming civilization in the physical geography environment;The rapid economic changes,population dynamics,and superior transportation conditions are driving the development of Luxi towards the times;Based on unique regional culture and simple folk customs,Luxi dwellings have been advancing through the waves and continuously developing and evolving.In the process of adapting,changing,and breaking through nature,local residents have made many livable changes in spatial layout,architectural form,residential functions,construction techniques,and other aspects,and have also encountered many untimely problems.Therefore,through in-depth research,investigation,and recording,the author conducted a detailed study on the development and evolution status of dwellings in western Shandong,discovered the laws and problems of dwellings during the evolution process,and absorbed high-quality cultural characteristics of dwellings.Attempting to integrate residential culture,expand and update through the design of new era residential buildings,eliminate the current misconceptions in the construction of residential buildings in western Shandong,in order to provide targeted guidance and suggestions for the development and livability of future residential buildings.Firstly,through the collection of literature and field research,the scope of the western Shandong region is limited,the time interval for this study is divided,and the content included in the livable perspective is defined.It describes and analyzes the physical geography,social economy,historical and humanistic environment of Luxi region,which lays the foundation for the research object of this article.Secondly,through on-site visits and surveys,samples of dwellings from different townships and eras in Yanggu County were measured and compared for analysis from early to late,from far to near.Reflecting the housing reform measures taken by local residents in terms of livability,summarizing and summarizing the evolutionary characteristics of Luxi dwellings in terms of spatial layout,architectural form,residential functions,construction techniques,and decorative arts.Thirdly,analyze the laws of the development and evolution of livability in residential areas,explore the lost characteristics and retained values of residential areas in the development process of residential areas in western Shandong,analyze the driving factors of development and evolution,and summarize the existing problems and misconceptions from macro,meso,and micro perspectives.Finally,providing directional guidance and control principles for the development and livability of residential areas through three aspects: inheriting regional characteristics,meeting modern living needs,and maintaining ecological livability;Provide targeted livable guidance and control design strategies from two aspects: overall village planning and individual residential design.Based on this,complete the design of restored,renovated,and newly built livable residential buildings for different periods and different user groups.The thesis consists of 167 figures,35 tables,and 106 references...
