| XTE has a high market share in the offline washing machine market.However,today’s Chinese home appliance industry is a dynamic and increasingly competitive market,and customers are increasingly demanding.In order to maintain strong market competitiveness and adapt to market demands,companies need to provide the best quality products at a reasonable cost and with minimal lead time.Therefore,the productivity of the top-opening washing machine assembly line was improved based on lean production theory and 0-1integer planning method.Through data analysis and on-site research,the thesis analyzes the balance rate of the production line of top-opening washing machine assembly line,the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment and the management of the production site in depth,and comes to the problems of the production site of the top-opening washing machine assembly line.Then we develop targeted optimization solutions based on specific problems,mainly including the improvement of comprehensive equipment efficiency and production line balance rate as well as the optimization of on-site production management.In response to equipment problems,we have established a full production and maintenance TPM system and a spare parts life management approach,developed a TPM standard sheet for daily equipment spot checks and a record sheet for daily equipment spot checks,and developed a complete management process for spare parts for equipment.For production site problems,we use 5S and visual management tools to improve the site production environment problems,and establish a complete feedback mechanism for incoming bad material problems.In response to the low balance rate of the production line,the bottleneck station process was improved by applying process analysis and man-machine operation analysis in industrial engineering to reduce the cycle time of the bottleneck station,and the assembly line section of the top-opening washing machine assembly line was improved by applying the four principles of ECRS and the idea of forward full load based on lean production tools-standardized work.Finally,the 0-1integer programming method in linear programming is applied to establish the first type of 0-1 integer programming model for barrel line segments and solve it by Lingo software.The final synthesis improves the efficiency of the top-opening washing machine assembly line.Finally,through the implementation of the improvement program,we solved the problem of line stoppages caused by bad equipment and incoming materials,and ensured the continuity and stability of production;established a site incentive system,improved the production environment,and increased employee satisfaction and motivation;In addition,through line balancing improvements,the barrel line section workstations were reduced from 7 to 6,the top-opening washing machine assembly line balancing rate increased from 69.68% to 86.91%,an improvement of 17.23%;the assembly line balancing loss rate was reduced to 13.09%,the smoothing index was reduced to 9.1,monthly production capacity was increased by 4,900 units and expenses were reduced by 54,000/year.In this thesis,we have studied the top-opening washing machine assembly line and applied lean production and linear planning methods to the improvement of the assembly line in the home appliance industry,which has achieved good improvement results and provided a case study for the improvement of the assembly line in the home appliance industry,hoping to provide a reference for other home appliance industry assembly lines.The thesis has 22 figures,22 tables,and 72 references. |
