Research On Performance Evaluation Of Tourism-Oriented Rural Landscape In Jiangning District,Nanjing

With the in-depth promotion of rural revitalization strategy,rural tourism has gradually become an important starting point for rural revitalization.However,for the vast rural areas,the opportunities and challenges brought by rural tourism coexist,On the one hand,the prosperity of rural tourism has given wings to the regional economy,on the other hand,with the continuous influx of multiple stakeholders into rural areas,some problems and contradictions have gradually become prominent in the subsequent development of tourism-oriented villages.In order to promote the sustainable development of tourism-oriented villages,this thesis attempts to combine the concept of landscape performance with the construction of tourism-oriented villages,and takes the tourism-oriented villages in Jiangning District of Nanjing as an example to conduct empirical research,find out the problems existing in the current development process of tourismoriented villages,and propose corresponding sustainable development strategies,in order to provide certain references for the sustainable development of tourism-oriented villages.Guided by landscape performance theory,sustainable development theory and rural tourism sustainable development theory,this paper selects 15 specific evaluation indicators applicable to tourism-oriented villages in Jiangning District of Nanjing from four dimensions: social performance,economic performance,cultural performance and environmental performance,and builds a framework for evaluating the performance of tourism-oriented rural villages in Jiangning District of Nanjing.At the same time,the AHP analytic hierarchy method was used to give corresponding weights to each landscape performance evaluation index,and the comprehensive index method was combined to construct a comprehensive evaluation model of tourism-oriented rural landscape performance in Jiangning District,Nanjing.Based on the established comprehensive evaluation model of tourism-oriented rural landscape performance in Jiangning District,Nanjing,four representative tourism-oriented villages in Jiangning District,Wangjia Village,Huanglongxian Village and Yangliu Village in Jiangning District,were used as examples.The results show that the sustainable development of the four tourism-oriented villages selected in this paper is different,among which the sustainable development of Huanglongxian Village is at the "excellent" level,the sustainable development of Wangjia Village in Tangshan Qifang and Shecun communities is at the "good" level,and the sustainable development of Yangliu Village is at the "average" level.Based on the above evaluation results,combined with the field research situation,the analysis is provided as a basis for the proposal of optimization strategy.Finally,the sustainable development strategy of tourism-oriented rural areas in Jiangning District of Nanjing City is proposed from four aspects:improving the quality of tourism-oriented rural public space,strengthening the development and marketing of rural characteristic tourism products,promoting the joint construction and sharing of rural tourism achievements by villagers,and strengthening the perception and experience of tourism-oriented rural local culture,hoping to provide some reference for the construction and development of other tourism-oriented villages.
