With the continuous development of the new energy industry,the photovoltaic industry has become one of China’s competitive industries.In order to maintain the rapid development of enterprises,more managers have realized the importance of a sound performance management system.The performance management system based on the balanced scorecard breaks the limitation of the traditional performance management system limited to financial indicators,including four dimensions of indicators,so that performance management can better serve the long-term development of enterprises and avoid short-term behaviors of the management.JC company as a domestic leading enterprise in the production of photovoltaic cells components,its internal lack of reasonable performance management system,based on the JC company as the research object,hope that through the study found that the performance management of existing problems,and to design a set of effective performance management system,to provide new ideas for construction of performance management system,and combine performance management and strategy better,help enterprises to enhance competitiveness,realize the goal of enterprise value maximization.The main content of this paper consists of the following five parts:the first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,theoretical significance and application value of this paper,and summarizes the research status of BSC at home and abroad.The second part analyzes the performance management status quo of JC company,and finds the existing problems of performance management by observing the basic operation status quo and performance appraisal system of the company.The third part,build a balanced scorecard performance management system framework,the first to introduce the company,the necessity of implementing the balanced scorecard performance management feasibility analysis,in the building construction of JC company strategy map,on the basis of its key performance indicators,for sure,build different levels and give the balanced scorecard performance index weight,and analyzes the application of performance appraisal results.The fourth part puts forward the safeguard measures of performance management from the external environment and the internal environment.The fifth part is the research conclusion.This paper combines case study method and literature analysis method to analyze the performance management status quo of JC company and its existing problems.Combining with the actual situation and development goals of JC company,this paper constructs the corporate performance management system based on the balanced scorecard theory.In the construction of the balanced scorecard performance management system,the research and development department of the important core competition department of new energy enterprises is analyzed,hoping to provide a reference for other enterprises with similar performance management problems.
