With the development of economy,the construction industry has become one of the pillar industries in China.At the same time,the construction industry is also a high-risk industry.In recent years,the smart site sharing platform has been frequently used in the project construction process,but there is a lack of research on the indicators of the smart site sharing platform.The research on the functional evaluation index system of the smart site sharing platform for all parties involved in the construction of the project aims to provide refined management in the process of project construction,so that the project construction unit,construction unit,design unit,supervision unit and government departments can effectively improve the production efficiency of construction enterprises and project execution efficiency by using advanced BIM technology and Internet of Things technology,and contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry.First of all,based on the research of smart site and relevant construction parties,and with the purpose of improving the refined management of smart site sharing platform,this paper comprehensively identifies the functional evaluation indicators of the smart site sharing platform by using four methods of consulting relevant standards,a large number of documents,qualitative expert interviews and actual investigation of cases.Secondly,through the list summary and connotation interpretation of the smart site sharing platform function evaluation indicators,it is finally determined that there are 36 smart site sharing platform function evaluation indicators.In order to accurately and effectively determine the weight of the smart site sharing platform function evaluation index,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the weight of each index.Finally,the construction standards of functional evaluation indicators of the smart site sharing platform are studied,and the relevant requirements of the smart site sharing platform in terms of personnel management,process management,design management,construction organization,schedule management,quality management,cost management,safety management,etc.are obtained.Taking a secondary fire rescue station project as an example,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate the function construction effect of the smart site sharing platform,demonstrate the role of the smart site sharing platform in project construction management,and propose effective measures to further improve the smart site sharing platform of all parties.The research in this paper has driven the growth of all parties involved in the project construction,and relying on advanced BIM technology and Internet of Things technology to improve their professional level,so that the quality of project construction management in the construction industry can be improved.The implementation of the smart site sharing platform can effectively help the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry,improve production efficiency and reduce management costs.Through this research,the overall quality of smart site will be further improved,laying a foundation for the development of smart site sharing platform. |
